Quaint loft situated on a small lake in Long Beach close to lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect for a long stay for one or two people as a getaway from the city life with a stovepipe fireplace, wood floors, walls full of art and bookcases full of historical artifacts and books. Popular with traveling nurses and students coming in for a semester.
It's a quiet space filled with books, lakes, and sits on an environmental reserve full of ducks, cranes and other birds, turtles, fish, and other wildlife. 10 minutes west gets you to the beach and 10 minutes east gets you to Disneyland.

This is my father's condo that I grew up in since I was a little girl. In 2010, my dad had his first seizure, and I moved back in to help him get back on his feet. We remodeled the place to look like what you see in the photos. It took a year, but it was a lot of fun.
Unfortunately, he can't live on his own anymore, so I manage the condo now and rent it out to help cover his medical expenses. He loves when I bring him back from time to time, and I am happy to keep everything up.

Why they chose this property
This isn't a property someone bought to turn into a short term rental to make extra money. This is our home. It's where I spent most of my youth. All of the neighbors know each other because we have all been in the same place for years. This place has soul.
