Si usted está buscando la tranquilidad y la serenidad en un lugar paraíso que se siente millas de distancia, sin embargo, a pocos minutos de restaurantes y servicios, entonces este es el apartamento para usted. Miles de playa virgen para disfrutar ..... traer su caña de pescar para pescar a lo largo de la orilla. Alquilar un kayak y explorar el estuario. O, simplemente, relajarse junto a la piscina o en el jacuzzi mientras escucha las olas golpean la costa. El condominio domina todo - mira hacia el oeste y ver la ballena colina, al norte de las luces del centro, y al este hasta el final a lo largo de la costa hasta el Mayan Palace. El condominio ha sido decorado para deleite de los más particulares. Una cocina completamente equipada, bar y centro de bebidas por separado en el LR, romántica chimenea y patio semicircular con bañera de hidromasaje privada son sólo algunas de las instalaciones. Sr. BR tiene una cama king-size, Br # 2 tiene una reina, y BR # 3 tiene 2 camas individuales. Los tres dormitorios tienen acceso a los patios exteriores, baño privado y vistas extraordinarias. El ascensor en el aparcamiento subterráneo que lleva directamente al vestíbulo de su casa México. # 2 dormitorios y 3 son muy separada de la principal y la zona de estar y tienen su propia barra de servicio privado con nevera bajo encimera, fregadero y microondas. En el lugar gerente es extremadamente servicial y todo el personal es muy agradable.

First Class property

We have stayed in many different beach-front homes in Las Conchas and in a few resorts along Sandy Beach. This condo rates up near the top of my list! It's a newer property and perfect for VRBO setup in that it has a very large living area, functional kitchen with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. The condo is located next to the estuary, and from the wrap around balcony the views are incredible in two directions. Garage parking is a plus, along with semi-private elevator. Owner (Penni) was very responsive when one of the three AC units was acting up and it was quickly resolved. We would definitely return here again.

Amazing Location

This is an amazing place to stay. The condo itself is beautiful and feels like home. It was very quiet. The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. The owners reached out to us several times to ensure our stay was going great and that the condo met our expectations. We have stayed is several different places around Puerto Penasco and this was by far are favorite and our new go-to.

Everything you need for a fun family stay, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, tons of entertainment, and even beach chairs! Great communication with the staff. We will definitely be back!

Private Paradise

An amazing place. Very private if you want a place practically to yourselves and quiet. Beautiful condo, beach,pool and amazing view of the ocean. Warm water and waves if you like. Very relaxing and all the amenities of home.

Fantastic condo with amazing views!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even better than the pictures, gorgeous wrap around views on all sides. The water in the kitchen and fridge was filtered, which was so nice that we could drink the water from there, and use the ice! All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were beach chairs available for use in one of the closets, as well as some beach towels, we weren't sure about this ahead of time so we brought our own. There were also seasonings available for use in the kitchen, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Overall just a fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be back!

Stunningly beautiful!

The communication leading up to staying at this property and while we were there was excellent!! I had asked questions and always had detailed answers in the same day. The owners provided lots of information about the place as well as about Puerto Penasco (Rocky Pt.) in general. When we got there the views were jaw dropping and the place looked just like the photos online. There was actually one additional balcony that I did not realize was there. So there is a wrap around as well as a second balcony from the other bedrooms. The door on the master bedroom to the balcony had two broken hinges from salt water corrosion but the maintenance manager had it fixed the next morning which was amazing. The place has a perfect amount of kitchen tools and everything you need to make your own meals at the condo. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was worried about the road to the location but it was way better than it looked on Google Maps streetview. It was only like 15 minutes into town and 35 mph. We had a chief come and cook us a meal and that was a great idea. One note is that the swimming pool is not heated so be aware of that if it is the during the cooler months. But the hot tubs were great! There was a gas grill on the deck that we used as well. I will be going back.

Amazing beach rental

The view alone is worth the stay in this spacious condo. The condo is well stocked and the owner is easily reached if you have any questions. Checking in was a breeze, which is wonderful when you have inpatient children 😀. I highly recommend and will be booking this condo again in the near future. The beach, ocean view and location are perfect.

Relaxing and peaceful

Beautiful, clean condo with amazing ocean views and sunsets. The unit is stocked with all the essentials. Tucked away at the end of Las Conchas, it was quiet, which was exactly what we sought for the trip. Communication with the host was easy and excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful week by the sea!

This was such a nice way to start 2023! Breathtaking view - the walls of windows wowed everyone in our family. It was beautiful in all the different times: sunrise, sunset, low tide, high tide, rain, wind, stars, fireworks… we enjoyed it all! We cooked all our meals without any issues- even used up the propane tank and another was brought to us right away- excellent service! The underground parking and elevator to our room felt so fancy and was super convenient! This vacation location was one that made kids, teens, and adults all happy. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Well appointed condo with terrific views. Kitchen had almost everything you would need. Appreciated the sand chairs. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing stay at this too beautiful for words condo. The views were absolutely breathtaking and this condo was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in rocky point. I have found my new forever stay while traveling to Mexico. By far the friendliest staff and the owners texted me as soon as I arrived to make sure everything was ok.

Spoiled myself

This condo is amazing!! The balcony alone was worth it; with a bonus Jacuzzi tub! The unit was very clean, including the towels and blankets. Towels and bed linens smelled clean; I tend to appreciate the smell of clean laundry quite a bit. This is a corner unit so you have beautiful views of the sea of Cortez and the estuary. The layout of the condo allows for very separate spaces for guests if that's important to you. This was an R&R trip for me and a friend so we were not necessarily looking to do much other than soak up some sun and relax. We were able to book massages with two sisters who came to the unit and that was amazing as well. There are activities on the beach, ATVs etc but we did not do any of this on this trip. It's very quiet, not a lot of activity. The common areas such as pool and hot tub were also nice although we did not utilize any of it as there really wasn't a need. The unit was well stocked with spices etc for cooking. I've stayed in several rentals and this one was impressively we'll stocked compared to most. Overall a great stay, the weather didn't cooperate the last 3 days as the wind was too much to enjoy the balcony. Thankfully, the condo itself was so beautiful that we didn't mind as much. My only feedback would be to offer additional instructions. We could have used instructions on operating the Jacuzzi tub (it wasn't heating initially), the fireplace took time to figure out and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs a specific light switch turned on before the fan is operable. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have had a list of where the nearest grocery store, liquor store etc was located. We will absolutely be considering this property for a future stay.
