Home features 4 separate bedrooms all with their own on full bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have king beds and the 4th has a double and single bed. A 5th bedroom can be made by using the office on the main floor with existing day bed.
Ideally situated in the heart of Litchfield Park and the WigWam Resort and 3 course golf resort, rated on of the best resorts and City’s in Arizona and the Phoenix area. Safe and clean community, beautiful single family homes on the prestigious WigWam golf course. Well laid out home and well provisioned for you and your family.
Gourmet Kitchen with granite island bar. Heated swimming pool. Quiet gated culdesac. Beautifully maintained all year long, with sidewalks connecting to pathways on and off the golf course. Walk to the main WigWam resort for dinner and drinks, or ride your bike along the pathways on the course in the evening and enjoy the large canopy trees and well kept fairways. We have many birds that are natural to the area because of these big trees, and we get lots of hummingbirds during the winter. Sit out back with the sun on your face and watch the show.

Amazing home right on the Wigwam gold coarse

Why this property We are a Canadian family who love coming to Phoenix to enjoy the sun and warm air. We also love to rent to others looking for an escape from the cold, or just some R and R. This house is perfect for relaxing, sitting by the pool, it’s got a waterfall and the sound is very relaxing. The pool can be heated to any temp with a super gas heater. We like warm water when we visit. Canadians are hardy but not in cold water! We have professionally decorated the home in a southwestern style that accentuates the homes architecture. The home is fully outfitted for guests, and we have TVS in all bedrooms plus one on the deck for viewing during outside meals. We live on the deck and in the backyard so we have a good sized table that seats 8, a great barbeque for steaks, and a TV to watch all the games.

Great location in terms of proximity to the Glendale stadium and ballparks, very private gated community, golf course views, heated pool, and friendly owners.
What makes this property unique
King beds in three bedrooms makes this home feel like home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, no sharing! The home is cozy, inviting and will not feel like a rental. We have put a lot of beautiful touches into every room, and we are confident you will feel the difference.
