-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Marina Views

Lovely location- will need a car to drive into town. Secure parking. Two teenagers & plenty of space for us all. Pub & cafe close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A beautiful nautical time!

We had a such a wonderful time! It was like being on a houseboat without it moving! The water was calming and peaceful and our holiday began the moment we sat on the balcony with our first cup of tea! We saw dolphins swim past and there was bird life galore ! The accommodation was functional,clean and very comfortable! Thanks for a great little break ! MJ

Midweek Getaway

Property was well positioned with beautiful views across the marina. House was well appointed with everything provided. Area was quiet and we loved just relaxing on the verandah at the end of the day. Our large car only just fitted into the garage. We enjoyed our stay and will possibly look to stay there again at some stage. Thank you

Busselton Marina

The property was clean and well presented. It was very convenient to have our own jetty where we had our boat tied to it. The kids also enjoyed the kayaks that were available and they also had fun fishing from the jetty. All and all it was really fun to stay at this property.

Lovely and peaceful

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The photos were accurate and it's a peaceful location on the marina. Appreciated the quick and easy communication with Davina. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and ideas for sightseeing and places to eat were much appreciated.

Relaxing Marina views

This is a well-equipped, comfortable property that suited our family of 6. We enjoyed the marina views and the jetty and the short walk to the local restaurant. My teenagers were looking forward to a sleep in and found that they were awake with the sun at 6.30am, as there were no blinds on the windows. Apart from this we could not fault the house and communication with Davinia was excellent.

Busselton short weekend stay on the water

Clean and lots of room

The unit was clean and there was lots of room for two couples. Good communication with property manager. There were kayaks, but they don't provide life jackets. It was pretty quiet and a nice neighbourhood. Little bar/restaurant in the marina with good food.

Getaway By The Water

Well equipped and comfortable accommodation, in a peaceful and relaxing location. Suitable for couples, families or groups. A short drive into Busselton and only minutes from the marina and dinner at The Deck bar & restaurant. Very happy with our stay here!

Waterfront villa

A lovely stay, the location was wonderful. We really enjoyed dinner at The Deck, morning coffees from the dive shop and the stunning views. Would love to have stayed longer!

Relaxing hoilday

The house looks just like photos 5 mins walking distance to restaurant/bar/bottleshop 15 mins drive to busselton center. The area is so quite the house had everything one will need. The kitchen had all the appliances from electrical plates glasses even salt & sauces.3 Bedrooms big beds fans sheets that you will be asked to wash your self when leaving detergent provided. 2 Bathrooms with 2 towels 2 face flannels extra toilet rolls soap & shampoo nice touch. A wedder outback if you like nice place to sit have cocktails and watch the dolphins swim past. Will be back one day
