Le opere dei grandi artisti dell'Arizona sono presenti in tutta la casa. Nuova ristrutturazione, 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni casa spettacolare! La migliore cucina dello chef e un bagno spa. La vasca autoportante e la grande doccia piastrellata aumentano l'esperienza di lusso. Solo le migliori lenzuola e asciugamani per i nostri ospiti! Smart TV in tutta la casa e il nostro fronte e cortile privato recintato sono lussureggianti e verdi. La piscina scintillante è proprio dietro il cancello del cortile! Family weekend

We rented this property to enjoy some time with our adult children and had a wonderful time! Great space and everything was fantastic! Good sized rooms and updated bathrooms. Close to pool and hot tub.

Was not happy with the outside house being worked on for over a week. Also the owner’s car being parked there was not very good to get around it, so we had to park at the clubhouse BUT was very close to all we wanted to do and see. Location was great. Not. Enough dished and silverware had to buy some and no lids for skillets. Toaster had no bottom

Very cozy, clean, check-in very easy. Great location for everything has to offer. Would very much consider this property again. AND, they property had CABLE TV!!! Thank you!! We love to get local news, and not have to watch streaming----very, very important. THANK YOU!!!!

Loved all of it!

Everything was perfect. Loved the property. Very comfortable. We had a few initial issues, but the responses were quick. Enjoyed the pools and the two patios. Great rental.

We didn't want to leave!

We didn't want to leave! This condo is super-comfortable, bright and cheerful, and has inviting spaces both indoors and out. Importantly for us, it had three separate work spaces indoors, access to a hot tub and exercise facility. And we loved that there were several extra touches like beach towels for the hot tub, bicycles, a Kitchen Aid for baking, spices for cooking, a Nespresso machine AND coffee maker. It was located incredibly close to our Scottsdale family, the Phoenician, Camelback, Old town Scottsdale, and Fashion Squire. We will be back!

This is a great condo in a quiet gated community. Very clean with a great kitchen and amenities. We loved it so much we’re going back in a couple days!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

Our annual Thanksgiving travels took us to Scottsdale this year. After a snafu with our first reserved property, we had to scramble to find another and quickly settled on this one – and we’re we so happy we did! The property was super clean and everything the pictures and other reviews described. We quickly settled in, slept well in the comfy beds, and enjoyed lounging in the open kitchen/dining/living area! The hot tub and heated pool were close by and were a real treat on the chilly mornings and evenings. But, the best part was the location! Being city folk we like to walk, and it’s only 3 blocks to the Scottsdale Fashion Center, which is just across the picturesque canal bridges from Old Town Scottsdale - tons of shopping, dining, and people watching opportunities! Likewise, it’s only about 3 blocks in the opposite direction to the Cholla trailhead for Camelback Mountain and its breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. And, Scottsdale is a super convenient starting point for Frank Lloyd Wright tours to Taliesin West and the Arizona Biltmore, a daytrip to Sedona, and horseback riding at the MacDonald Ranch. Did I mention already that the beds were super comfy? Thanks for everything, and we hope others get as much enjoyment from their stays as we did from ours!

Beautiful home, inaccurate listing

The positives of this house were great. Safe neighborhood, perfect part of town, clean updated house. However, the listing specifically says there are two parking spots available to you and that you will have access to the community’s fitness center. When we arrived there was a car in one of the parking spots, also there is a fob needed to get in and out of the gym and the fob was nowhere to be found. We called the management company and were told they would remedy the situation but we were quickly informed that the car was the unit owner’s and it couldn’t be moved, and that the fob had been lost and never replaced. The company informed us they would find a new fob for us after the weekend but never followed up. None of these things were absolute dealbreakers but my wife is a fitness junkie and we specifically chose this listing over others for access to the gym, and we had family with us and could’ve used the second spot. There was a sense of bait and switch to it.

Wanted to love it

Location was good if getting to old town Scottsdale is important. Neighborhood is questionable even though so close to Fashion Square and Phoenician Resort. Gated community which is a good thing as there were a number of police incidents right outside the gates of the community or nearby during our stay. The unit itself is nicely laid out and quiet. Everything was very functional. Wish there was a TV in the master bed room though. Issues with the cleanliness of the unit when we got there and a few while there. Management tried to address and did offer to move us while they remedy.

Perfect Scottsdale experience

The. condo is very well laid out with lots of natural light and opportunity for fresh air. The accommodations were very comfortable for a family of six adults. We easily prepared meals in the kitchen and on the grill. You can’t beat the central Scottsdale location that’s within walking distance of so much!

Wonderful townhome in Scottsdale

Casa del Monte townhome is a great spot to be centrally located. The neighbors are friendly, and the pool and hot tub are nice amenities. The owner put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities: bicycles, nespresso coffee machine and newly updated bathrooms and kitchen were greatly appreciated.
