Quality and value accommodation

The property was as you see it in the picture. In a wonderful peaceful location. The check in process was a bit cumbersome with the keypad as it was the second part of the instructions we had to utilise on dark with minimal light. Thank God the emergency keys were there and easy to access. I had sent communication to the owner quite a few weeks to our stay querying an aspect of the property, but never heard back - it wasn't major, so I didn't pursue my question. Was a great self contained home away from home - appreciated the free wi-fi - thank you. Also liked not having our room serviced every day, didn't feel like we had to be super clean throughout our stay. Only issue was our allocated car park was stolen by surplus cars from other units and we were not sure who to raise this issue with as we felt the club house wouldn't give a hoot as it was a privately owned apartment and not their problem. So I am not sure who we would have raised any significant issues with especially since owner did not reply to an earlier request and is overseas owner by the looks of things. But luckily no issues other than this. REally nice apartment, quiet, good amenties if you wanted to cook a few meals and quite spacious. Didn't use the washing machine, but was surprised to see this which would be great if staying loner than a few days or had kids. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like a pack of unruly rats running on a hamster wheel when it was on - but no huge impact to our stay......just sayin!! Overall would definitely stay there again, close to Rosebud/Sorrento/Rye without the extra expense. Our friends who stayed elsewhere closer to the beach were quite jealous of our location, room and price we paid at a popular time of the year.

Overall stay was good and just 20mt from the car-park. Do wanted to highlight few things though: both the bedside lamps were not working No heater in the bedroom There was a leftover milkshake in the fridge No milk, tea, coffee, salt - but all kitchen utensils are available. So maybe my expectations were different

Perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location after spending the day at Peninsula Springs. It is close by to Rye where we had dinner. The view is beautiful and was peaceful and relaxing. Joyce was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Would highly recommend it and would stay there again if it is available.

Perfect one night stay

One night stay as we had Hot Spring breakfast package on the Sunday. Arrived to open door at 5pm, comfy room with all amenities. Pity foxtel was only 4 channels, and bedroom TV had free to air. All we needed was a bed for the night and this was the cheapest and closest option for us. Fulfilled our needs!
