Si quieres una gran casa para un grupo de amigos o una familia o dos con la ruptura de surf mano izquierda perfecta de la isla verde en su puerta, este arquitecto atractivo diseño bungalow en la playa -surpasses cualquier otra cosa en la zona. Su propietario diseñado con amor, por lo que la atención al detalle está en todas partes, a partir de dos zonas de estar pabellón con 4 amplios dormitorios con edredones suaves de lujo, a un espacio de vida llena de sol norte y balcón -que invita tardes perezosas con un libro. Si amas a una cocina que le gusta ser cocinado en; árboles de goma grandes y naturales llenos de loritos; largas caminatas de playa; una zona tranquila de entrada llena de pelícanos en la puesta del sol y agua sin gas para hacer piragüismo y mentira mínimos, entonces venir y compartir nuestra hermosa casa en Cunjurong Point y ver qué nos encanta la costa sur.

Perfect family holiday

This house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. It has been perfectly designed and furnished for families and multi generations. The outdoor and indoor living spaces were generous and comfortable, with hammocks and spacious seats everywhere, it made it is easy to relax and hang out together. We were so happy there it didn’t matter what the beach was like, but If were minded for some beach time we were only steps away. Highly recommend this house!

We love this home more each time we visit.

This is a wonderful home for families with children. Walking distance to stunning beaches and river mouth. We love the indoor outdoor design and spend a lot of time on the front deck.

Have everything that we need

Stayed 2 nights with family friends. It's beautiful house, feels like home, even tough the house looks old but has everything that we need and 5 minutes walking distance to beautiful beach. We will be back for more days in the future for sure. come in the future for sure.

The best in Cunjurong

We have rented a different house every year for the past ten years for “Xmas at Cunj”. This was simply the best hands down. Location, facilities, space, layout, outlook, bience, neighbours. All adds up. The piéce de résistance is host Jo herself - accommodating, friendly and supportive. Please don’t stay here anyone, if we can’t get in we’ll be fuming!

Perfect beach holiday home

Dream home. Great location. Clever design and so spacious for our family of five. We loved the front porch with his lovely natives and birds. There’s a great yard for backyard cricket. The house has everything you need and is super cool, stylish and comfortable. Such a lovely home to stay in. Thank you Jo for sharing this special place. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and stylish house. Jo was very accommodating and communicative, the house was stylish and had great outdoor areas for relaxing. A top spot!

Perfect holiday house

What a perfect beach house to spend time with friends and family. There was enough space to find a peaceful spot to read a book alone and lovely rooms to be together. Our favorite night was spent sitting outside watching the fire & the stars. We were sad to leave and will return to this gorgeous house soon.

Feet Up Relaxing

The house is spacious, relaxing and appropriately hidden from view. The many well-placed windows allow for a variety of sunny and breezy spots across the day, great for reading and naps. If you like cooking, the kitchen layout works well, the chattels are adequate, and be sure to bring your favourite spices, oils and salt and pepper.

Great place

The property is as it appears - I read things wrong and thought there was two bathrooms but there are tow toilets and an outside hot shower. You need to take all your own oil/ seasoning / spreads and but tablets for the dishwasher as there was only a few there. I will definitely book again!

Stunning! The perfect escape for a relaxing beach getaway

Gorgeous beach getaway. Incredibly comfortable with a clever layout that allowed for plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The abundance of windows made it very cool indoors and the whole home was clean and tidy on our arrival. Perfect location – less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from the village's cafe. It is BYO linen (sheets and towels) but there are plenty of blankets and pillows supplied.

It's a south coast gem - offering visual and practical comfort in terms of space, natural light, simple pleasures and location.

My Cunjurong Point/Manyana/Green Island/Bendalong highlights:

*GREEN ISLAND
*THE LOOKOUT in the Conjola National Park, enter via the top end of Ottawa Street
*MANYANA BEACH
*LAKE CONJOLA INLET enter via the bush track (intersection of Ottawa St and Cunjurong Point Rd). NB. When a southerly wind is predicted or hits, this tranquil inlet area turns very windy, so head to Bendalong which is only a 5-minute drive.
*EXPLORE by foot or bike the many bush tracks. Head down Austen Street (opposite the house) into the bush and out into the Manyana township to play tennis, basketball, or soccer. All located on Manyana Drive.
*Discover INYADDA BEACH off Sunset Strip Manyana. Inyadda Beach is linked to Bendalong via an excellent, long sealed fire trail.
* Rock Hop from Manyana Beach to Inyyada to Bendalong (last leg depends on the tide).

*BENDALONG has a good shop, an ok café but do great wood fire oven pizzas on a Friday night, fantastic swimming beaches and walks. Definitely worth a visit! *Look out for One Tree Beach, Dee Beach and Monument Beach.
*Also, there’s an excellent sealed fire trail from Bendalong (enter via corner of Bendalong Road and Maple Street) to Inyadda Beach (near the toilet block) in Manyana. Great on foot or on bike.

Other favourites:
* National Park Walks - Pigeon House Mountain and Mount Bush Walker in Morton National Park (my favourite, a great drive in, fab for young kids because its flat and the closest of the two). For Mount Bush Walker details refer ti the website below.

*Milton (20min drive) - Pilgrims Cafe, The Guild (great Italian food including pizza), the IGA and bottle shop (very well stocked) and the bakery/deli.

I designed the house and garden areas and have spent the last 20 years enjoying the hidden treasures this house and area offer..
The house's breezeways, skylight windows, many vistas and living space doors really open the space. I love to slide with winter socks along the timber floors that soften the house but my all-time favourite place is the northern deck, early in the morning when the lorikeets are chatting and it's the first cuppa of the day - bliss...
