Te encantará mi lugar debido a su ubicación. Está situado cerca del lago Majestic Erie a 30 minutos en auto de Detroit, Ann Arbor o Toledo. Un puerto deportivo de servicio completo está a menos de una milla de distancia, ofrecen pesca chárter y muelles privados en alquiler. Un hermoso parque frente al mar, como se ve en las fotos, se encuentra a poca distancia de la casa y tiene acceso a un lanzamiento PRIVADO para botes de hasta 18 pies. o lanzamiento en moto de agua, también puede disfrutar de un picnic relajante o simplemente un paseo por la orilla del agua. Amazing place with an amazing host

This place was absolutely perfect for my son and I. From the quiet neighborhood to the cozy house and cute backyard. We really enjoyed our stay and Roxanne was an awesome and helpful host.

Weekend pit stop

Was traveling thur the area to check out some of the great lakes. Perfect little spot basically touching lake erie. Very quiet neighborhood. Small fire pit outside.

Weekend getaway

Met up with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Charming home, fenced yard and walking distance to park and water. Had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Roxanne was very pleasant.

Rain, Rain go away!

Very clean, my family just had a mini 2 night getaway. The first night we were able to drive to Sterling State Part, the kids went for a swim. We came back to the house and had a bonfire. Then RAIN!! day it rained, we had tornado watch

Great house in a great location

Our family enjoyed a very enjoyable stay at this clean, comfortable house. Easy walk to Lake Erie and an easy drive to Sterling State Park for a very nice Lake Erie Beach. In addition to being close to Sterling State Park the house is also within 1/2 hour of several Detroit area Metro Parks. We also appreciated the easy access to both Detroit and Toledo. We had a great stay and look forward to staying here again.

Back to my roots

This place was great for what we needed. We came home for a wedding. While we were there, this rental was spacious enough to have visitors over for game night. The neighborhood is a great quiet place away from all the hustle and bustle of Monroe. We will for sure be staying here again in our future trips to Monroe. Thank you Roxanne for a great home away from home!

Lake Erie Fishing Trip June 2022

This was our first stay and we’re glad we found this property. House was clean and had all the accommodations we needed. Perfect amount of room for the four of us. The location close to the lake, marina, general store and local bar with one of the best burgers we’ve ever had made for a great trip. We’ll be back again next year….Thanks Roxanne

Great weekend

The property manager was great. I had some concerns about check-in but she reassured me and everything was smooth. We went with family that we hadn’t seen for years. Mobility was an issues but everything worked out great!! Thank you for your help and sharing your home with us!!

Lovely little lake house

This house was just perfect for us. We had 6 adults that stayed for a weekend and there is plenty of space to sit and eat, socialize and play games. There is a Foosball table, couches, big dining table, and lots of seating. The large jacuzzi tub was a welcome surprise and very relaxing for me! The backyard has lots of seating and well with table and chairs and a little fire pit. Only a short walk to the lake and a large playground. We were very happy with our stay!

Annual Weekend Getaway with Friends

The property was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the proximity to the lake - I will always be amazed by the Great Lakes! We did a day trip to Greenfield Village and enjoyed exploring Wynadotte - a great walkable downtown with good restaurants, bars, shops, and a beautiful park. And the evenings were spent around the fire pit catching up with dear friends. A very comfortable house and Roxanne (the homeowner) was great.

Great Getaway in Michigan Near Lake Erie and Detroit

A few friends and I wanted to get away for a few days. We’re all from Ohio but wanted to spend some time in Michigan. This property worked well because there are plenty of beds and was right down the street from Lake Michigan. All cooking implements were in the property, there were plenty of towels, and there was plenty of hot water. The place is kept cool by window AC Units in the dining room and two of the upstairs bedrooms. WiFi worked great. There is one tv in the unit and it is downstairs in the living room.

This place was amazing! It was so much better than the pictures online.

This place was very spacious with nice size bedrooms and amazing closets for an older home. It says it’s a 5 minute walk to the lake but it only feels like a minute to get there. It’s straight up the street and the park has 3 round black metal picnic tables with grills. The owner Roxanne was very helpful giving us advice to where the closest beach was along with great restaurants on the water. The beach is only a short drive away along with the grocery store and additional restaurants. This place is a gem and we’re definitely going to come back. Thanks again Roxanne!

Charming older home.

This property lived up to our expectations. First time we had rented a home for a trip. Roxanne was very helpful and responsive to my emails. We were a group of 7, ages ranging from 84 to 2. it met our needs. I hadn't realized beforehand that the 3 bedrooms were all upstairs and the one bathroom was downstairs and was a little concerned for the 4 senior citizens (of which I was one) but we all managed fine. There was no dish washer but that wasn't a problem for us. We loved the area and the house. We would rent this place again. Thanks, Roxanne, for the yummy cookies left for us.

Great weekend

This property was so relaxing and comfortable. It had everything you need for a great getaway. Cool little town that has a small store down the rd and lake was a 5 min walk down the road. Very peaceful and we really enjoyed the outdoors and sounds of wildlife while sitting around the fire! We will stay here again. Roxanne was amazing and was going to meet us to greet us but due to our long travel time she had previously made plans so we were unable to meet at check in but we stayed in contact the whole time and shes amazing. We did meet the next day and it's nice to see who your really renting from.. shes amazing.. thank you for lettus us stay and we will be back

Not well suited for a rental

Generally, this property is close to the water and the neighborhood has a nice waterfront area. The main issue we had with this property is that it didn't seem the owners were familiar with renting it out as the normal extras were not present, and there was no keypad to use for entry. We only got check in information after requesting it and it was them leaving a key inside for us and the property being unlocked till we got there. The back fence is almost secure, and it would only take one latch to do so, so why not finish that off for people? The shower was terribly small and the side panel of the bathtub isn't secured and pushes in. All these little things made it a not great stay.

Perfect little weekend getaway

The house is clean and comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. We felt very secure throughout our entire stay. The owner is awesome and was very easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend this location.
