WONDERFUL third floor ocean view Condo at Folly Beach. BEST view in the building. Elevator for easy access. One block off of Center Street with many restaurants and shops. View and walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier and ocean.
Beautifully decorated. Perfect for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 2 queen beds and a set of twin beds. See attached photos. Wireless internet. 42' HD tv with cable in main room. Two smaller tvs in 2 of the bedrooms.

Many return vacationers.....

20 minutes to historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

NO SMOKING. NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO PETS.

Sorry, there is no pool. Only two parking spots per unit.

During the off season--October to March, please give me your range of spending and I will try to work with you anyway I can.

For all reservations, there is a 2 night minimum, a 145.00 cleaning charge which includes towels and linens and 14% tax rate. VRBO now requires on line booking which means use of a credit card and additional fees.

VRBO does allow up to 3 installment payments depending on when reservation is made and when the arrival is scheduled.

Perfect Location - Everything was Great!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was in a perfect location, and it was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out were easy. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. And the view was awesome! I loved being able to watch the ocean out the big picture windows. The location was wonderful. Right off Center St where all the action is BUT the condo was very quiet inside. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing Folly get away

Great stay, location, and communication with owner. Very well stocked kitchen as we like to cook in everything you could need for cooking and entertaining Great porch with ocean view. Beach and pier are just a 1 min walk away. This is our 7th time to Folly and 2nd time with this rental. Will be back. Thanks Gail for sharing your beautiful condo.

Girls Trip

We had a fabulous time. The location cannot be beat. Ample parking around the condo for extra cars and lovely view. Gail is a fabulous hostess. Nice, cute and very clean condo. Definitely rent again.

Lovely Location

We had planned a short trip to Folly Beach and Gail’s property was perfect. We had excellent views and perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach. The condo itself was beautiful and well set up. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

Fabulous Folly

The condo has a great layout and we enjoyed the spacious deck with the family. The location is great if you want to be in the action, so close to everything. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect Spot for a weekend getaway

This property was extremely clean. It had great furnishings and a very nice porch to sit on and watch the ocean. The parking was easy......assigned spots behind the building. And within easy walking distance to restaurants. Well stocked with dishes. Very nice bath towels, wash cloths. Owner was prompt in responding to a couple of questions. Thank you to the owner.

Well equipped, clean and convenient location

The unit was well equipped and we were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. Many restaurants close by and easy to explore Charleston from here. Gets a bit noisy at night or early morning, but not too bad.

We would be happy to return, and stay here over and over again. The host was outstanding, and was super responsive to all of our questions. The location was great as it was close to everything in Folly Beach. The house itself was tidy and nice. Everything was perfect. Thanks so much!!

Excellent stay

We stayed 6 nights recently. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen necessities one would need. Everything worked well an was very comfortable. The view was awesome and very close to lost of restaurants and gift shops. It was just as the owner described. My only complaint was they the bed was too high and not so comfortable. I’m only 5’ 1” tall and disabled and the bed came above my belly button. I could not get in the bed by myself. It was awkward and embarrassing. With that being said I would still book this rental again and hope the bed had been replaced.

Amazing trip and property

The property was immaculate, possibly better than described. Very roomy, clean, comfortable, easy access to everything, and the deck and view were amazing! The ocean was right there in front of us, we loved it!

Excellent Long Weekend!

Comfortable and convenient and you can’t beat the view from the spacious covered balcony with plenty of seating! Never need your car-walk everywhere it is so close to Bert’s which is NECESSARY and the best! And Center St for shops and restaurants and Taco Boy right next door. Very nice place and easy check in!
