The Palm Beach Holiday House has a spectacular waterfront location. Just walk a few steps to the crystal clear waters of Palm Beach or relax on the balconies and gaze at the stunning views. Only 40 minutes from Perth, 20 minutes from Fremantle and a comfortable stroll to the cafe's, shops and restaurants on the Rockingham Foreshore. This is the perfect relaxing holiday getaway location.

The light airy interior of the beach house is refurbished with contemporary comfortable furnishings and is laid out over 3 split levels. The ground floor consists of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area all boasting beautiful sea views. Walk out of the glass sliding doors to an outdoor eating area beside the front lawn which overlooks the beach. A laundry and powder room is also located on this level. Up just a few steps to the three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a queen sized master room, a double room and one bedroom with bunks.

Up a further few steps to a generous sized second living area and balcony with BBQ. This level has spectacular views of the Sound, Garden Island and the beach.

A lovely outdoor courtyard at the rear of the property provides another more private and protected outdoor space for BBQ's and relaxing.

Off street and undercover parking is provided in the double garage which has direct access into the downstairs living area.

Panoramic sea view

Fantastic location right on the sea front with views from Garden Island to Freemantle. The upper verandah provided an excellent vantage point. The well-equipped accommodation was spacious and airy and the enclosed garage beneath the bedrooms was a secure space for car and bicycles.

FUN STAY IN SUN

GREAT HOME, VIEWS, AND ACTIVITIES WITH THIS BEACHFRONT LOCATION. CONVENIENT TO SHOPS, MARKETS, RESTAURANTS AND OCEAN THIS AREA HAS IT ALL. WEATHER WAS ALSO PERFECT. NICE HOSTS WERE THERE TO HELP WHEN NEEDED...WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Great house for the family

Overall a very good stay. Only negatives were the strong paint smell throughout the property and very low roof at entrance of garage, hence unable to park in garage.

Great location for a family stay

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the location for a bit over two weeks. We absolutely loved the house and its location (ocean view, proximity to restaurants etc.) Would visit again.

Holiday by the beach

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do, beaches, shopping, dining out or takeaways, cafes etc. Excellent views. The property is clean & tidy, roomy enough for adults with children/ teenagers. Basically it has everything you need while on holiday.

Great location. Views from upper deck were amazing and the walk into town on the path was easy and convenient. The overall cleanliness of the place is lacking and furnishings worn out. But based on location and views still good value for money

Lovely house, lovely position. No information at all provided by host except to watch which bins the neighbours put out and do the same. Nothing relating to the equipment in the house. Furniture and equipment old and in some cases looked as though it came from a jumble sale. The cleaning was superficial and the vacuum was clogged and needed us to empty it and clean the filter, dust and dirt were behind the louvred blinds and under the beds, the mat in the living room was frayed and the upstairs carpet, laminate was peeling off kitchen cupboards, rust on bathroom cupboard handles and shower fittings, filthy windows outside, some noise disturbance from attached neighbours renovations. We left the house cleaner and tidier than when we found it.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in einer perfekten Lage

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand - perfekt! Ruhige Umgebung, viele Angelmöglichkeiten und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom "Zentrum" Rockingham entfernt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Volle Empfehlung und großes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin, mit der wir eine sehr nette Kommunikation hatten!

Hi, absolutely loved the location of the property. Even though we were on a main road it was surprisingly quiet and the facilities were very comfy. Our only problem was the room for the car was a bit tight because of the fridge. We were very reluctant to move on as we enjoyed our stay so much. Thanks Jan

Nice beachfront townhouse

This is a comfortable townhouse facing the beach. Good property for a family or group. Great location - just a walk across the road to paddle with the toddler or play in the park. Nice little coffee shop in the next block. Shops and main swimming beach about 1.5km down the road. Kitchen has all the basics and it was handy having access to the washing machine and drier. There are two living areas both with TVs - while not needed for our group, would be handy for those with older children. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Fabullous Property

This property is one of the highest standard private holiday rental accommodations I have ever stayed at in Australia. It is very well appointed, everything worked. Excellent standard of cleanliness and comfort. The position is within walking distance of the shops and cafe's, but far enough away from noise and crowds to get a good nights sleep. The beach is just across the road. It has a lovely balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Two media outlets to allow kids and adults un-interrupted TV time. Property managers were available at all times for any minor queries.
