*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*PARKING: Mustique has limited parking, therefore only 2 parking passes are included in your booking. They will be in the unit, on the kitchen counter at arrival. Trailer/ Boat/motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners. Also, make sure your parking pass is secure and visible at all times. In the event your pass is lost, you will be responsible for purchase of replacement.

*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines and possible eviction!

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. MUSTIQUE UNIT 901:
This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo features stone floors, granite counters throughout, and Hand painted murals don the walls in this fabulous upscale condominium unit. In just over 2500 square feet of space you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Areas are open concept, and offer a wonderful space for spending quality time together as a family or group. The luxurious kitchen features upscale appliances, and each cabinet, and drawer is fully stocked with all items needed for preparing meals during your stay. Dining offers a large table with ample seating, with additional seating offered at the adjacent bar.
Relaxing is easy in the Living Area which features a cozy, sectional sofa, and a Television for entertainment in your down time.
Two king suites are featured, with one overlooking the Gulf, and the other overlooking Little Lagoon. Each one features a luxurious bath complete with whirlpool tub and separate shower, walk-in closet, and a door to adjoining terrace. The gulf front suite features ocean views from the jacuzzi as well as the shower. The third bedroom features king bedding, and the fourth has a pair of double beds. Each bedroom has its own bath and television.
Mustique has only 38 condos total, many used just by their owners. The building has wonderful amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a pool side spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, gathering room for meetings and get togethers, gazebo on Little Lagoon and more. Deeded Beach Access is located right across the street, offers a nice Boardwalk, and is private for Mustique owners and guests use only.
