A gorgeous apartment. A perfect weekend. We will be back!
Keryn is the most helpful person, extremely beautiful ensuring our stay in launceston was sensational, thanks keryn, cannot fault your cleanliness and attention to detail.
The apartment was perfect for our needs, excellent location, easy to access, parking close by (even for the horrendous Hyundai Staria hire car). Host was lovely and provided lovely little extras. Would recommend. Ideal for a couple or 2 x singles. Worked for us and our 2 teenage daughters too.
Beautifully appointed apartment. Lots of treats supplied (thank you). A good base to walk into the CBD. Parking space is remote to the property but was ok for us. Easy supermarket shopping just up the road.

Light, airy, clean and charming.
Overall the apartment was very well presented with the owner providing some little extra touches. Location was conveniently central to shopping, eating and tourist attractions such as city park, Queen Victoria museum and the Cateract George. My family and I appreciated the effort put into making us feel welcome and so would defiantly consider this charming apartment in the future.

Convenient, clean, well maintained
We stayed at Keryn’s place with our 8-yr-old for two nights. The entire place was extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Checkin instructions were very clear. Keryn went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Fresh flowers and complimentary snacks and treats were very much appreciated! We can’t wait to return!
Wished we could have stayed longer. I couldn't fault anything about this property. It is beautifully styled and furnished and a great deal of thought has gone into all aspects of the property and the comfort of guests. In addition our host Keryn was phenomenal in her communication and had generously stocked it with lots of lovely items for breakfast along with chocolates and muesli bars. And then of course there's the utterly exceptional location with great cafes and restaurants just outside the doorstep (don't worry no issues with noise) and a beautiful park that we looked out on to - you really don't need to use your vehicle much! The only minor thing (if I was to find something) is that the parking is not onsite but it is very close and this was not an issue for us. It was also really easy to find parking right outside for loading and unloading our car. And as street parking is free from 5.30pm to 9am you could also easily leave the car on the street if you were planning to be out most of the day on a day trip. I couldn't recommend this place enough and would absolutely love to stay here again.
This apartment was the highlight of our trip, it was comfortable, clean and warm with everything we needed for a young family of four. Keryn was a good communicator and check in and out was a breeze. We loved all the homely touches and furnishings. The apartment is right above a great coffee house and across from beautiful Princes Park.
Our family (2 kids under 8yrs) stayed here for 3 nights comfortably. Keryn, our host, was fantastic with communication and catered for all our needs. We were not affected by noise or traffic. Glad to have a dedicated parking spot (short walk away), and glad it didn’t rain!
Clean, comfortable, relaxing tasteful decor, well equipped with everything you could need and more, secure parking, good communication with the owner, and ideally located within easy walking distance to CBD, cafes and supermarkets....what more could you ask for!
This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Launceston. Everywhere there were generous and thoughtful touches, for instance helpful extras in the bathroom and great breakfast choices. Bed and couch were super comfortable. Secure parking was a bonus and around us a wonderful choice of restaurants. We hope to stay again.
We as a family of four stayed at Charles st and absolutely fell in love with it .we had all the amenities and more.Our fridge was stocked with fresh milk,orange juice and mineral water and the kitchen had an array of goodies including a coffee machine and pods. We arrived on Christmas Eve, our host Keryn provided goodies for the children and Keryn went well and above to organise us a Christmas tree too. We were so fortunate to have a wonderful host like Keryn she has thought of every single detail to make us feel like we are at home. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Launceston.

What a great flat! Very well equipped with generous provisions, wi-fi and Netflix! We slept really well in the back bedroom and hardly heard the street noise from there. Ate at the lovely Buddha Thai downstairs and so convenient to discovering the city on foot. Keryn was very attentive and helpful with her communications too. Highly recommended.
Keryn's place was lovely and set up really well with everything we needed. It was also so close to everything and good to be able to walk everywhere, we especially loved having Cold Rock ice cream just up the road.
Once again, you’re little rest stop would be one of the best place we’ve stayed around the world. The little touches you have added make all the difference. 164a Charles is a great option if you want to be in walking distance to shopping strips, pubs and restaurants, markets and many other city options. The property is compact but more than provides all you may need for a comfortable and easy stay. We holidayed in winter and the apartment was toasty warm with Keryn the host popping on the heaters before we arrived. Keryn is accommodating and very helpful and on hand should the need arise. We didn’t see Keryn as all was in perfect order.
I would highly recommend this stylish property if you want to be in the thick of the action that is Launceston.
We love this little appartment in the heart of Launceston CBD. It is close to restaurants and shops and opposite a lovely, historical park. The owner is friendly, helpful and caring.
