No fun

There was no valet parking. Lines to get on the elevator were very long and it took forever. Once we got to our room we did want to go back down to enjoy the rest of the property because of long lines and wait times. I paid a lot for one night and was very disappointed. Could have stayed at home saved money and did the same thing I was able to do at The GSR

Owner did not respond to my email

I was ill on the first night i emailed the owner to try and get a refund for the first night and didn't hear back. on saturday i went to the hotel and explained to them i couldn't be there the first night and they were very helpful and the manager told me that he refunded the full first night to the owner and that the owner should be able to refund what the hotel refunded her. I emailed the owner with the details and the managers name but still no email. If i don't hear back from the owner by end of this week and get a refund I will be disputing the charges with my AMEX. as far as the property it was so hard to breath from all the smoking no good ventilation so I actually got more sick and had to leave the property by 8A the next morning.

Worst short stay experience of my life

Dirty room. No microwave in room. Hotel/Housekeeping was only there 4 times in 13 days. Charged twice for stay. Will not use VRBO ever again or the Grand Sierra Resort. Very rude check-in and security
