Have to agree with other reviews that the cleaning service is not catching everything, but the overall comfort and quality of the condo and surroundings more than made up for it. Wonderful place and hosts! Highly recommend!

Fall trip Petoskey area

very convenient to the bike trail, State park and quiet neighbors. Inside of property kept up well. recommend if you're a bicyclist. Didn't need to communicate with owner, everything self evident.

Perfect place to stay

This condo was a perfect place for us this past week, as we spent time in the area. its was a safe, quiet, and comfortable place that was easily accessible to our adventures. Loved being next to the State Park.

Great place!!

This is a beautiful condo. The location is perfect between Harbor and Petoskey and right next to the State Park. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back!!

Great location and cozy place to stay

Check in instructions were super easy to follow and our arrival was super easy. Cute condo in a convenient location. Couple of handyman type things need to be done (really slow drains, loose faucet handles, etc) but nothing that reduced the quality of our stay. Cozy place that is comfortable to hang out in the evening on a cold evening. We loved that we were so close to the beach and Crooked Tree Breadworks! We’d stay here again without hesitation.

We were there for a big family reunion in Petoskeybut we had parties in Harbor Springs during our stay. This is the perfect ;ocation for access to both towns, the bike path and the beach. Great value!!!

Great place!

Had a great time. We split our time between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and this was right in between. We'll definitely stay here again.

Condo stay

Overall the condo was just used for sleeping as we were at weddings events Fri - Sun and left Sunday early. Condo was comfortable, however, the cleaning service is doing the owners a disservice. The floors and other areas were dusty. Crumbs on the counter. There was even urine in one toilet seat and excrement on another. When I arrived my son 44 and daughter 45 were actually vacuuming and cleaning the condo. We left the condo cleaner than we found it.

Love Bathing Beach Condos

The Houstons are GREAT HOSTS...they want you to have a GREAT stay. We experienced difficulty with the washing machine and their handyman, John attempted to fix it but when the fix didn't work, he was instructed to get a new washer/dryer. He did some dealing with a fellow handyman and arrived on a Sunday with the new equipment and worked, on a Sunday, until 10 PM getting the item installed and working properly. Really an excellent experience on the parts of the Houstons (for insisting on a new washer/dryer) and on John for installing it. Plus, the Houstons refunded $50 for the inconvenience. Thanks

Girls trip 2.0

We have stayed here before in the fall, but this was out first visit in the summer and it did not disappoint! This place is so conveniently located and has lots of amenities and fun things to do nearby. Very comfortable place to relax and regroup too. Definitely recommend!!

Petosky Getaway

Very clean with everything we needed within the condo. Furnishings just as they look in the pics. Great location with close access to Petoskey State Park and the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!
