Crescent Lake is situated in the beautiful Sebago Lakes Region and this elegant, modern home is located on the desirable northern shore of the lake. This smaller, quieter lake is suitable for children of all ages. Enjoy all of your favorite freshwater activities, fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, kayaking, etc. (rental comes with two kayaks and a canoe!). For the nature enthusiasts you may paddle or motor your way up the Tenney River where wildlife abounds. This river connects Crescent Lake to the larger Panther Pond. Close proximity to Freeport and Portland offers a multitude of shopping and dining experiences.

The fall is our favorite time of the year on the lake; apple picking, hayrides, and nature walks. Located just a few miles away is Rattlesnake Mountain which offers great family hiking activities. In the winter months we are within easy driving distance to some great skiing including Shawnee Peak, Lost Valley and Sunday River. Snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating, and snowshoeing are all available at your front door, and all the attractions of Portland are only 35 minutes away!

We have a house cleaner who completely cleans the property between rentals. Surfaces and key touch points are disinfected. We also have basic cleaning supplies accessible to guests during their stay, should any cleaning needs arise.

Great Winter Weekend Getaway

Fabulous spot for inter-generational family long weekend. Plenty of space, nicely cared for home, comfortable and inviting. Even in winter this lake house had lots to offer. We enjoyed board games, the game room and were surprised by the number of great local hikes and paths through the woods. Allowed for lots of outdoor time. Recommend if your looking for a nice getaway.

Amazing lake view in a wonderful home

Wonderful vacation house

We were an extended family from all over the U.S. Nine of us (including two kids) stayed in the house, and several others stayed at an inn in Naples and joined us for daytime activities. Everyone had a great time. The variety of things to do at this house, and on lovely Crescent Lake, was perfect for us: kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, plus a pool table and ping pong table.

Even the teenagers were happy!

Wonderful house, very spacious and comfortable. The ping pong table and pool table kept the kids happy, not to mention the swimming. We had a lovely stay!

Great time for all

This is a great house with plenty of room for everyone. It has a big backyard for the kids and dogs to run around on and leads the beach. Only one neighbor that you really don't see so it feels like you're all alone. The house comes with all the toys for a great time, paddle boards, canoe, Kayaks and much more; no need to bring your own stuff to have fun. You will not regret renting this place.

Amazing home

This one was of the best rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing all around from a location, cleanliness and activities standpoint. This beautiful home has it all and we will be back for sure. You cannot beat this place. Don’t waste your time looking any where else!! The owners were super responsive and the home literally has everything you could ask for. They’ve thought of it all. . Unforgettable Experience

Absolutely stunning home with amazing views and all the amenities you need for relaxing and enjoying the best that Maine has to offer. The grounds are gorgeous, the house is immaculate and the host was super responsive. Truly a gem! My husband and I held a small vow renewal ceremony for our family and close friends and it was absolutely perfect! We hope to be back again as it was the best VRBO experience we ever had. Emerald Cove, Crescent lake

Our vacation at Emerald Cove was outstanding. The house was perfect, plenty of room, great accommodations, the kitchen was really well stocked and the amenities for water sports on our private beach were more than we could have asked for. Our host,Matt, was extremely responsive to the few questions we had . We had a great time and the lake and the property were perfect.

Fantastic property

Beautifully serene setting, very well stocked home with lots of ‘extras’, high quality furnishings and comfortable beds! Very clean. Homeowner was very responsive to our few inquiries. While I’d love to keep this hidden jewel we’ve discovered quiet, I have to highly recommend it!

Beautiful home and location!

We loved our stay at this wonderful lake house! We had two families with both small children and teens and everyone enjoyed themselves. The beach was great for the younger ones and the house was well stocked with paddle boards, canoes, kayaks and tubes for the older ones. The setting is quiet and the lake is beautiful. The house itself had plenty of space and was nicely furnished and had all the amenities. The game room was a big hit too. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake

We were two families and had plenty of room in this large lake house on a beautiful spot on the lake. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Owners were very responsive.

Great getaway spot

Fantastic property. The location and facilities were all we could have asked for. The kayaks, paddleboards and canoe were great and the kids used them constantly. Plenty of space indoors although we found we really didn't spend a lot of time inside. Not too far from Portland and Freeport, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Mother’s Day Weekend!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend relaxing by the lake, watching movies and playing many ping pong tournaments! We had a lot of fun in the water with our dogs and took several hikes on local trails. The house and it’s surroundings are wonderful and will definitely visit in the future.

Beautiful setting and a fun place to stay!

Property was well kept and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. There was plenty of room and we very much enjoyed the game room (pool table, video games, bar, and big screen). Heated floors were also great given that is was below zero at times during our stay. Travelers should be aware that no soaps were provided in the baths (so make sure to bring bath soaps). Overall we had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed the area.

Great Winter Getaway

This property is situated right on the lake. The house was very clean and spacious with a very well stocked kitchen and great amenities like the game room, heated floor tiles, and fireplaces. The house is secluded and quiet and was great for our long weekend stay to unplug. The views of the sunset from the house and on the lake were unbelievable. We hope to return again during the Summer months.
