Great Location, Beach was fantastic!

Breathtaking view

We can only give this place high marks, 10/10! Condo location excellent. Beach was the best with easy access on and off. Condo very clean. Neighbors very clean and quiet. Check in very easy. View spectacular. Great communication with owners. Would rent again.

Great Getaway with a "PRIVATE" beach

the place was AMAZING and the view was breathtaking. Even though the beach was not part of the rental, it had a PRIVATE BEACH vibe as there were only a handful of other beachgoers every time we went out to take a dip. Not to mention it was VERY QUIET. Worth the trip - Worth the money!

A lovely relaxing getaway..

My husband and I stayed at this property recently for a little relaxing getaway and it was the perfect place for just that. The location can't be beat, being steps to a very low-key and quiet beach. The chairs, umbrellas, and cooler offered were a WONDERFUL and well appreciated addition to the trip. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea was such a nice little town as well, everyone we encountered was so friendly, and you could tell the city puts in a lot of effort to make it a nice place. The studio apartment was small, but perfect for just the two of us and had everything we could need for our stay. The property overall is older, but well kept. There were maintenance people on the grounds every day that we were there fixing something, so you can tell they are attentive. The hosts were quick to respond to any and all questions we had and left great instructions on how to get around the property. There's a Publix, Dunkin, and CVS very nearby, which we always find to be a huge plus. I wouldn't call the area very "walkable" but the hosts provide bikes as well which would have been a great option had we not rented a car. If you're looking for somewhere low-key and relaxing, this is the perfect option. If we come back to the area, we'll definitely be staying here again.

Nice little location

This is a perfect little property for a couple. The room has all the amenities for a great stay. The beach area is very nice and not crowded at all. Having access to an extra locker with beach chairs and umbrellas is an added bonus.

Best Beach Vacation!

10/10 recommend! This property is for 1-3 people. Perfect for my solo beach trip! You look out your window and there is the ocean! Quiet, nice neighbors. Alex and Aleyda are so helpful. I will be back!!

Quiet, simple, ocean front

We just needed an ocean front, quiet and easy get away for our 10 year anniversary trip: this was it! The free circuit was helpful to get around for dining but we did end up renting a car so we could venture out for a day. We also used Uber for airport transport.

Excellent view, older building

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is incredible and the beach is beautiful and quiet. The building is pretty old but maintained. The unit is remodeled but it’s been a few years. It was not as clean as I expected but there was cleaning supplies there so we were able to clean. The bed was ok but the pillows weren’t great. Overall, it’s not perfect but a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful vacation spot

Thank you for the lovely stay we had in Lauderdale by the Sea! The place was perfect for the two of us and we had a spectacular view of the ocean! Everything we needed was supplied. There was great communication with our hosts, who also checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect...and IT WAS!! We plan to stay here again.

Room with a View!

Location was amazing! View was wonderful! Aleyda and Alex got back to us promptly every time we emailed them with a question. Communication was great! Having beach chairs and an umbrella to use was a very nice surprise. We will definitely look up and do our best to reserve this property again! Great Vacation Rental!!

A great little getaway

This little studio was the perfect getaway! The host were extremely prompt at addressing questions/concerns. We notified them of a broken beach chair and the locker was filled with two new chairs within just a couple hours. Initially, when we booked it said the pool was heated. That was not the case. Nonetheless, we had an amazing stay. The studio was equipped with everything we needed, and more!! The beach access was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Our Own Private Beach

This is our 2nd time visiting and we love the location. The unit is well-equipped for making yourself at home as soon as you arrive. It's like having your own private beach and the view is AWESOME! Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice place.

The description is exactly what it is. We enjoyed our stay. Beach was not busy at all. It is about 1.5 miles from Lauderdale by the sea but the free rides by circuit made it nice so you don’t need to drive or walk. We will stay here again.

Vacation 2023

This was our second year staying at this property, but 1st on this listing. The location and view is unbeatable. The studio was just as listed and was great for the 2 of us. We will definitley consider this property again. THANKS to Alex & Aleyda for being such great hosts!
