We needed an overnight accommodation for 6 people near Heist Brewery where our son’s band was performing. This was perfect. Very close to the brewery. Very quick turnaround on communication. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The fenced in yard was good for the kids to burn some energy and there’s a coffee shop within walking distance to get outside in the mornings. The house was very clean and our two kids were comfortable. We rent houses vs a hotel because we cook all of our meals. This was a bit tricky without some basic kitchen items. There weren’t any pot holders or tongs, so we had to get creative. We had mostly everything else we needed, but certainly not high quality. The can opener butchered the cans we attempted to open. There were also only two butter knives, which made dinner for four not ideal having to share them. We would stay again, but would hit the dollar store first to get these items so we can cook properly.
This the 3rd house we have rented in Charlotte and a favorite for its location and comfort. We loved walking up Plaza street to Central street where there is no shortage of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a Harris Teeter, and more! It’s about a mile stroll each way. Plaza street is so beautiful and safe to walk. The last home we stayed at was on Sunny Side Ave, a little closer to everything but it was so noisy. Felt like the train was rushing right into our house at all hours of the night. This was far better at hiding the noise of the city. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our kids. Mattresses were all comfortable and the property was very clean. Great communication with the hosts. You tell there is a lot of pride for the home. We will be back!
The property manager was very responsive and didn't require us to do any clean-up upon departure. The house has a great, fenced-in back yard which was great for the kids to play.
We had a great stay here. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The owners were easy to contact and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
My sister and I enjoyed our stay in this home. Kaitlyn thought of everything we needed and the place was spotless. The check in process was seamless and communication with owner timely. Great location with easy travel to multiple restaurants , uptown, and only 25 minutes to whitewater center.
Was just nyself for work! House very nice, clean, and great communication with host! Real close (within a mile) to alot of great restaurants! Would definitely stay again! Would be perfect for small family!
House looked like the pictures, super cute and was centrally located. The owners were kind. Upon arrival we felt the need to clean the house. On the plus side the homeowners brought us their personal vacume to use that evening. They did offer to come in and clean more. But because we were un-packed and due to covid, we declined their offer. 3 of the 4 beds were less than comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Most of the doorknobs inside the house, while cute, were not fully functional (our 7 year old got stuck in a bedroom). The thermostat took us a while to figure out but we eventually got it. The kitchen was a good size and we enjoyed the dining area. The living room was cozy. The fenced in back yard was great for kids. The personal driveway was nice. When the porch light burnt out, they replaced the bulb right away. Overall we would stay there again.
Spent a relaxing weekend in with my college best friends a few weeks before my wedding - Kaitlyn’s created a sweet home away from home with this house. Cozy, modern, and inviting!
The home is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We felt at home. It's close to the Charlotte action, yet, the property is quite and in a nice neighborhood. The owners are right down the street in case you need to borrow a cup of sugar or a stick of butter. They are friendly and accommodating hosts.
