Nice place, zero privacy

Nice little studio upstairs. But, they rent both upstairs and downstairs. It does have a side stair with its own entrance. This should be advertised with clear explanation that it is part of a building with potentially other people renting the first floor. The backyard then needs to be shared with the other renters (e.g. if you want to have a bonfire, you’ll do that in front of other renters) , everything they talk can be heard at all times (up until late night), and I can only assume they would heard us too.

The house was just as described. Everything was bright and clean. We loved the balcony setting, overlooking the lake. A plush green grass walk out to the lake.

Gorgeous view

All in all wonderful stay. 1 or 2 snags but nothing that the property Mgr Sabrina did not get right on. Thank you Sabrina. Nothing stopped the gorgeous sunrise views, catching fish and cozy homey feel to Casita. Great weekend.

Absolutely amazing.

This was a great trip. The Casita was very clean and had everything we could want. There was even a nice selection of spices in the kitchen along with pots pans and everything else you for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. Make sure you bring some fishing poles and folding chairs the dock is great to fish off.

Wonderful Stay.

Loved everything about it! Very peaceful place, Very clean, we really had a wonderful time, my family loves fishing and I loved to relax, and this house was the perfect place to do that! Sabrina was very helpful during our stay , we really appreciated her. We will definitely be staying again.

Relaxing getaway

My Husband and I came for Super bowl/Valentine's weekend. Great duck off for private escape for a lo-key couple. Enjoyed every bit of it! Property is immaculately keep. Fully stocked with necessities. My husband threw a few lines (fishing). We BBQ some steaks. Walked the grounds. Beautiful sunrise and set! Really enjoyed this trip. Grocery and shops to town are not to far from the house. Nice

Beautiful property in and out, furnishings and layout was really nice! The views we’re beautiful!

Wonderful location in and out, the property has nice touches and the lake views inside and out are beautiful! The bathroom shower was spacious and the hooks for towels and deep drawers were added bonuses, beds were comfy and loved the solid bright and cheery colors. The home was very clean,we were very happy!

Fantastic Birthday Week Retreat

The Casita is very well maintained and the property is wonderful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time! Lori was fast at responding too. The kitchen was well maintained except we had to use a cast-iron skillet to cook most of our meals. We think it is because a frying pan had been brought down to the main house. We read prior that it can sometimes happen if both the casita and main house are being used by the same group. Otherwise, it was the perfect getaway we were looking for! Highly recommend to stay if you can :)
