Great location

Nice very well equipped apartment. But it’s the location/view that is absolutely amazing. The unbelievable view!!! Meals on the terrace watching the yachts sail past. Same view from the pool. Would absolutely stay hete again.

VUE SUBLIME

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, avec une vue sublime sur la mer. La piscine chauffée est magnifique

Traumhafter Blick, ruhig gelegen

In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegene, gepflegte Wohnung in einem 8-Parteien-Haus. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Pfingstferien) waren die meisten anderen Wohnungen unbewohnt, so dass wir den Pool auch weitgehend alleine genutzt haben. Schön gepflegter Garten ums Haus, ein Eckchen davon gehört zur Wohnung. Der Blick vom großzügigen Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, weniger für 2 Paare, da eines der Schlafzimmer ein Doppelstockbett hat. Das über der Küche eingebaute Hochbett haben unsere Teenager gerne zum "Chillen" genützt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich. Das W-Lan hat stabil funktioniert. Großzügige Versorgung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, sogar Strandtücher wurden gestellt. Der nächstgelegene Strand wird am besten mit dem Auto erreicht und erfordert dann noch einen steilen Fußmarsch abwärts. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht etwas mühsam, dafür aber eine Postkartenidylle. In Theoule selber gibt es einen gepflegten Sandstrand. Der Kontakt vorab und die Übergabe/Abnahme der Wohnung hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Empfang durch die Verwalterin könnte vielleicht ein bisschen freundlicher und engagierter sein. Informationen zu Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe, Restaurantempfehlungen, den Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt etc. gibt es in der Wohnung nicht.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Appartement hat voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen: es ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Wohn-, Essraum ist über der Küche ein Zwischengeschoß eingebaut, in dem ein Doppelbett steht. Das ist eher für Kinder geeignet. Des Weiteren gibt es noch ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einer Dusche. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Preis-Leistung ist gut! Sollten wir wieder einmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen, würde wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen.
