Beautiful villa just 3 miles to Disney in the gated and security guarded popular Windsor Palms resort. Home features two master suites with one King size bed and one Queen size bed. The other two rooms have double twin beds. Each master suite has its own full bath room. Each room has its own TV. Lots of house renovations were done in 2017 - 2018, including freshly repainted walls, baseboards, closets and doors; new ceramic tile floor in all bathrooms and laundry room; new carpets for all bedrooms; new air conditioner unit and re-painted pool deck.

The spacious open plan living room has a big flat screen TV & DVD player with comfortable sofas. Hundreds of DVD titles including new releases can be rented from the community.

This charming house offers the comforts of home and the resort amenities. The resort features an Olympic-size pool and wading pool for the kids, state-of-the-art fitness centre, game room, 58-seat movie theatre, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.

Resurfaced private heated pool with covered Lanai provides you a nice place to relax. A game room is equipped with pool table for our guests.

Free high speed wireless internet access and free North America calling are provided to our guests.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this villa. Our kids loved the pool & the villa had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to Disney & all the other theme parks. With a convenience store & restaurants only a couple of minutes drive away we couldn't have had a better location while still being private, quiet & incredibly secure in this gated community. Thankyou.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house during our two week vacation in June. It had everything we needed and having our own private pool was very nice. The owners and management staff were great to work with it. It was also very convenient to the Disney Parks (no more than a 20 minute drive to any of the parks). My only negative for the house would be the temperature. They asked that you keep the temp set no lower than 75 degrees which is just too warm. It wasn't bad during the day, but made it uncomfortable at night. We slept with box fans that were provided and that helped, but it would have been great to have ceiling fans if the temp is not to be adjusted. Also, there is not a door separating the bath/shower/sink area from the master bedroom. Was not really an issue for us, but since we were staying with friends, we just had to make sure we kept the bedroom door closed when taking a shower. The toilet in the master bedroom is in a separate room that leads right out to the pool which was very nice with little kids. We would stay here again on future trips.

Dirty house, Dirty bedding so gross. Floors and carpet unclean. Old house.

This place is nasty, they do not clean it. It's run down and they do not keep it up. Has A noisy old fridge with one door shelf missing. Dirty walls, carpet, floors. Bedding was not clean. Dishwasher leaks all over floor. Cable and internet worked about 40 percent of the time. Towels are really old And do not absorb water. Toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever seen. Bed mattresses have stains all over them so nasty, I'm sure they have never been replaced. Just one nasty dirty old house. Called twice about some of the problems and was never called back.

Annual Kissimmee Vacationer

We had a family vacation where we visited Disney World, which we try to do annually in this area, so we are familiar with vacation rental homes in the Kissimmee area. The positives: Both the owner and management company were very quick to respond and very polite. Home was spacious and generally appeared the same as photos. Decorating in the home was nice and welcoming. Pool was relaxing and clean. Neighborhood was lovely and felt safe. Rates were reasonable when compared to other homes we've stayed at in the area, and our security deposit was refunded within 48 hours of the day we departed. The negatives: Home was not as clean as I would have liked, and we found 2 dead roaches in the laundry room, kind of grossed me out a bit (I understand bugs are a problem in FL, and I'm grateful they were dead, I would have freaked if they were alive!). Lots of nicks and dings on furniture and walls. Pool alarm to back door was not working upon arrival, something the management company fixed the same day by replacing battery. Later in our visit, the same pool alarm would alert even when we pushed the "pass" button (which is supposed to silence the alarm for 7 seconds). I'm not sure if we were doing something wrong, or if it just was not working right consistently, but it would work without problem at other times. Also, despite being technically savvy, we could only get local channels on all but two bedroom televisions. Only local channels (a lot in Spanish) in the main living area was a bummer, but we did not go on vacation to watch tv. In defense to the owner, we did not bring this up as we just wanted to go about our vacation and not deal with it. General Observation: As with most similar properties, many warn that they provide minimal paper products. Usually we do ok with this, and don't need to buy anything extra. However, we did in fact have to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, and laundry soap for our one week stay here, as there was truly only one roll of tp per bathroom, no paper towels, 2 garbage bags, and a one sample of laundry soap. Bottomline, is we had a great vacation, and the home served it's purpose, but could have some improvement.

Very nice stay in a beautiful home.

We were two couples together staying for two weeks in this beatiful home of Gary and Cherry. We had a very pleasant stay in this quiet and safe neighbourhood. We might very well stay there again on our next trip to Orlando 🙂.

Just what we needed

This property is in a great location and convenient to local stores, and Disney parks, etc. It was roomy and had in a very quiet location. Some of the items in the home can use some updating as they are dated. There are no ceiling fans at all in any if the rooms but box fans were provided to circulate the air. In the 105° heat index Florida weather, it was hard for the house to maintain accurate temperature. The pool in the backyard was awesome and suited our needs. All in all the house was just what we needed. We had to call the management company for a few minor fixes of things that were damaged on our arrival. Also, although the owner allowed us to have an early check-in, when we got there the house was not cleaned and unfortunately as such it was not completed until after 4:30. Owner was very attentive and responded to our inquiries immediately. The management company was also quick to fix the items that needed to be fixed. We would definitely stay there again despite the minor issues but would encourage the owner to invest in some ceiling fans to help with the temperature of the home.

Florida stay

Said it was heated pool, but we had to Pay an extra $10 each day to heat it. WI-FI was always sketchy. Had to reset WI-FI multiple times a day. Sliding door off kitchen to pool could use dome work. Handle was loose and door did not slide too easy. Overall though we were very pleased with the house and location. Well stocked for us on arrival. Would definately stay again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay, very close to Disney parks. The heated pool was a bonus and our two grandchildren loved it. Check in process was simple. The villa was spacious, only negative was that decor and soft furnishings a bit tired, on a positive note villa was well equipped. Would recommend for families.

Windsor Palms is a nice area

Nice area. Spacious home with a nice layout. Needs to be cleaned. Cleaning company doesn't do a good job. Both couches have huge holes in them. Management company needs to do better walk through, change the light bulbs that no longer work. Would be a wonderful home with a little TLC.

Schöne Unterkunft und einfache Abwicklung

Haus ist in einer ruhigen und gut gelegenden bewachten Anlage. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. 4 Schlafzimmer. 3 Bäder, davon 2 on suite. Poolheizung war bei uns im Preis mit inbegriffen. Alles sauber.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We were pleased with our stay in Gary and Cherry’s home. The home was very clean and well stocked. The pool water was in beautiful condition. We enjoyed the large televisions as well. It was an easy walk to the clubhouse and the resort is close to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. Windsor Palms is a family friendly environment. Gary has been easy to work with and my husband liked that the pool heat was included in our rental price. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The villa is in a nice quiet location and had just about everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. There was no long list of rules that you get in some villas, which was nice. The only thing we wanted to know was when the bin was emptied as we know some villa owners get fussy if too much is left on the last day, but all good here. We had a good vacation and would not hesitate to stay in this villa again. Thank you.

Spacious and close to all the Parks we wanted to visit

The house was roomy enough for myself, my husband and my three grown children with their significant others. The kitchen was great, making it easy to prepare meals and not having to go out to eat every night. Our only complaint, and it's a small one, was the fact that the internet was sketchy. We had internet, but it could be very slow and spotty at times. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

Beautiful house and great location in a gated community with private pool!

We have stayed in several places in Orlando and I was very happy with this location. This property has a great layout with family room and kitchen overlooking the large private pool. It was conveniently located close to all major attractions and amenities. The owner and property management company were both extremely responsive providing top notch service. The house was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

Great location close to celebration hospital and disney. Very safe neighborhood. House was good size

The owners were especially nice. I had to have an extra day because my husband was under a drs care. They were so nice and answered right away. I truly appreciated them extending me an extra day. Always answred me very fast. I recommend this house and will stay again.
