Questa casa con 5 camere da letto si trova su una collina con una bellissima vista sull'oceano dal balcone. La casa ha una piscina privata al primo piano e nella parte superiore della casa c'è una cascata artificiale e un grande padiglione per eventi con posti a sedere nel salone. Abbiamo un bar in loco che può essere gestito su richiesta. La casa si trova a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dai ristoranti e da una vivace vita notturna. Se stai pensando di organizzare un matrimonio a destinazione o un evento speciale, faccelo sapere!

La casa è composta da due piani con ingressi separati. Il primo piano ha due camere da letto e un bagno e il secondo piano ha tre camere da letto e tre bagni. La piscina è al primo piano e il secondo piano ha un balcone con un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e posti a sedere con vista sull'oceano. Questa casa è molto confortevole per le vacanze in famiglia. Entrambi i piani hanno il loro soggiorno e cucina con tutte le basi. Se sali la scala esterna nella parte superiore della casa troverai il grande padiglione per eventi completo di vista sull'oceano, amache, posti a sedere e servizi igienici. Il padiglione degli eventi è aperto a tutti gli ospiti della nostra proprietà e può essere riservato per eventi privati. Quando non viene utilizzato per eventi privati, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e leggere. Solo una breve passeggiata lungo la collina vi porterà a Sandy Beach, ristoranti, bar, vita notturna, yoga sulla spiaggia, sport acquatici e altro ancora! Ogni camera sarà dotata di due teli mare. Sedie a sdraio sono disponibili per il vostro uso. Tutti gli ospiti hanno accesso al Wifi gratuito. L'area di parcheggio è sul posto e recintata.

I cannot in good faith recommend this property. If you do rent it pay attention to the details. This is not a 5 bedroom house, it is two apartments on two different levels. The living areas and kitchens do not have AC’s. There is no address and the directions are difficult. The host uses

Great location, clean and large space!

We had a great stay here. It is walking distance to the beach, a few bars and coffee shop. The house is spacious and was very clean. Would definitely stay again, thank you for everything!

Great House & Location!

This home was perfect for my family & our friends while visiting for a wedding. It had the perfect amount of privacy & common areas as well as walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. Not being right on the beach is actually nice in Rincon because it gives you a little buffer from the intense waves so you’re able to sit outside and hear each other. There were a couple hiccups with your rental on this trip. We booked the home 6 months prior to our vacation. We called the host an hour out to let her know we were arriving and would meet her per the instructions. There was some missed planning on their end and we showed up to a home that had not been cleaned from the previous renters thinking we were to show up the next day. We missed our first wedding event of the weekend while the host scrambled to put new sheets on our beds while we waiting to unpack. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The washing machine also did not work (minor inconvenience). Overall, if the booking process was as seamless as expected, we would stay here again for sure! The home, location, & views were incredible.

Great Location

Nice to have some restaurants and bars close by. One block walk to the beach and super close to Pools Beach and Parking Lots. The açaí bowls are the beat at Jakes Java also only a block away! Easy drive to Maria’s, Domes and Tres Palms.

Great place for a large group!

This is a nice, newly furnished house that is perfect for a large group. It's close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, but still quiet. Owner and manager provided great customer service. Very highly recommended!

Property Review

The property was clean and comfortable, easy access to the beach, good location. Children and adults liked having a pool there. Host was very helpful in finding transportation from and to San Juan.

Beautiful Home with Great Location!

We stayed with a group of friends (5 couples) and the house was perfect! The 2nd story with the 3 bedrooms had an amazing view and open lay out. Less than 5 minute walk to Sandy Beach and bars/restaurants. Dianna was great to work with :)

This place is perfect

Dianne, who I stayed with my first time in PR 10yrs ago is always extra accommodating. We stayed in a spacious 3br/3ba with balcony and access to the smaller pool. Kitchen came in handy as we cooked most of our meals and ate at the large family table on the balcony.

Pool was great. 1 min walk to beach and 2 restaurants. Sandy beach best for swimming. The house was perfect. Air condition in each bedroom but not in living room/kitchen. Would stay again

We had a fantastic time! Dianna was perfect,same with the house, the pool, and the grounds. The local bars and beach were nice and close, a quick walk which made it a great location. Don't forget to visit Jack's shack for some fish tacos, and make a snorkeling trip to steps beach. Gataratas waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking (40 min drive) and a sunset cruise on Katarina will complete your perfect vacation. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much

Vacation in Rincon Puerto Rico

The property in the second unit needs a new stove, and microwave. The apartment in the first-floor needs a good fan in the living room. There were issues with electricity but it is expected in an island like PR. The manager followed through all our concerns. I will be back to PR, very nice island.

Great Location

This house is located within a short walk to Sandy Beach and also to great places to eat, drink and hear music. We were 2 families of 3 and rented both the upstairs and down ( separate apts) and there was actually plenty of room for all of us in the 3 bdrm upstairs. The house was modern and clean and there are different levels of the property where you could hang out. The waterfall and bar area were very nice with a tv and couches. We didn’t use the pool because even though it was very warm outside the pool didn’t get a lot of sun. Diana and Gino were great and very accommodating.

If you stay in Rincon . Stay Here!!!

Nice property and nice location! We had so much fun. The place is big and plenty of room to spread out on the porches. The 12 of us never were crowded. There is no dishwasher. But maybe no places have dishwashers in Rincon? It’s a block to the beach and bars. We took excursions to other towns. The power and Wi Fi were spotty, the generator would turn on . But Diana came immediately to check and fix. Great week!!

Fantastic Vacation

We spent a weeks vacation at the Oceanview Paradise and had a fantastic time in Rincon and the surrounding areas. I had invited my sister-in-law and her 14 old daughter. we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was updated and very clean. We had beach towels and use of the pool. we walked to beaches and restaurants. I would recommend renting a car. We had a great time visiting different areas such as Crash Boat beach Copa Marina in Guanica and the Luminescent Bay in La parguras. The property owners at Ocean view Paradise could not have been more accommodating and helpful with our vacation. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one .

Little slice of paradise!

Diana and Rob have a little slice of paradise. The location is perfect, Sandy Beach is across the street & there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We rented the main house for the week and it was bigger than we expected, a pleasant surprise! Having the pool was great, though it didn’t end up being private for us. The people in the honeymoon suite up the hill ended up using it as well and we didn’t have the heart to tell them not too (that’s on us, but just a heads up that others might think it’s included with their stay too). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the AC’s worked well. The Wi-Fi upstairs only worked from outside on the patio and we did lose power quite a bit. For us it was an issue only because my husband worked remotely during our stay- for someone vacationing I’d imagine it being a non issue! Our favorite part of the house was the upstairs communal area with the hammocks. Great views and a great breeze!

There are so many great things about the property & our stay. The house & space was perfect for our group of 8 adults. There was plenty of room &the rooftop veranda was an added bonus. The house was extremely clean, well decorated &up to date. It really was a pleasant surprise to have a set of toiletries in each bathroom, hand towels& full set of bathroom towels/beach towels. Diana was great to work with she was very accommodating for check in. She helped us unload our car with groceries & all. The trip was planned for my husbands 50th bday she helped me by ordering πcking up a cake &having a custom balloon arch set up. We did run into some issues during our stay.The hot water heater went out. Diana responded super fast & had someone out the same day to try and fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixed during our stay. It worked for about 1shower after being fixed & only heated enough to not be freezing. The AC went out in the primary bedroom the 2nd to last day. Diana offered to open up the studio on the property for us since the repair man could not come out & fix while we were there. Being we weren’t spending time during the day & only sleeping We stayed in the room & just kept the ceiling fan on. The house is maintained well & things happen. The important thing is how they’re handled. The thing that makes this only a 4 rating is the quality of mattresses. All 5 rooms were horrible, they all caved in the middle, one mattress is even broken. New mattresses would make this a 5.

Great Short Stay

This property was great and the owner Ms. Dianna was awesome person. She went above and beyond with our requests and ALL the questions I had. The property was REALLY clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and the beds were really comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was a blessing with really cold air.! You can wake up make your coffee and sit in the balcony and look towards the beach or in the evening make yourself a drink and sit in the same balcony and watch the kids in the pool! Which ever you choose Dianna’s place is great. I plan to return for my next real vacation with more time! Thank you Dianna!!!

My husband and myself have been coming to Rincon for 24 years. We built this home in 2005. I enjoy walks to yoga on the beach, picking up a healthy shake near the ocean, and searching for sea glass.

Our property is located on a hill which allows us to have ocean views at every level. An outdoor staircase with more than 100 steps runs from the lower house to the mid-level common area to the top house. The common area includes the event pavilion, bar and waterfall lounge. Our house at the top of the hill has an infinity pool with ocean views. If no guests are staying in this house or if you are part of the group booking, you can have access to the private infinity pool with ocean views. Parking for up to 8 cars. SUVs and Pickups in the driveway only. Not accessible by low profile cars.

Puntas is a safe and friendly neighborhood. I, and many of the locals, enjoy walks to yoga on the beach, picking up a healthy shake near the ocean, and searching for sea glass. Visitors to the area are interested in surfing, yoga, snorkeling, and spending time with friends and families on the beach. During high season (December - April) the nightlife is much busier and many local spots have live music. Other times of the year the neighborhood is much quieter.

We have a common area on the property where you can relax in our hammocks or sit by our beautiful waterfalls, read a book or take and afternoon siesta.

Early Check-in: If you are arriving on a flight overnight and require early-check in we can provide this to you for $50. This option depends on availability!
