Sunset Bay - Hiller Lomakodit - Little Saint Lake

Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen vuode. Olohuoneessa on futon ja 40 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa on DirecTV.

Sunset Bay Retreatin villieläinten katselu on suuri. Monet kotkat tekevät Little St Germain -järvestä heidän kotinsa, hirvieläimet usein kulkevat lähellä, loons soittaa säännöllisesti (todellinen herkku), ja ankat ja ankanpoikanen sijoittuvat viikoittain. Tässä yksikössä on suuri päällystetty ajotieltä, jossa on koripallokehä (jaettu naapureiden kanssa). Mene karting, polkupyöräreitit ja minigolf ovat lähellä. Pysy täällä kerran ja haluat tehdä Sunset Retreatin vuosittaisesta lomapaikasta!
Järven julkisivu on hiekkainen ja sopii erinomaisesti uimiseen! Tämä laite sijaitsee hiljaisella tiellä, joka kulkee metsän läpi. Pikku St. Germain-järvi on premium-järvi, joka tunnetaan keväällä ruokitusta vedestä, hyvästä veden kirkkaudesta ja terveestä musky, basson, crappien, bluegillin, pohjoisen haukan, ahvenen ja walleyen väestöstä.

25% talletus vaaditaan vahvistamaan viikoittainen varaus, ja yhden yön talletus vahvistaa yöpymisesi. Talletukset palautetaan vähemmän kuin vähintään 25 dollarin peruutusmaksu 60 päivän varoitusajalla kesäkauden varauksille ja 30 päivää etukäteen kaikista muista vuodenaikoista.
Laskun saldo maksetaan kokonaisuudessaan sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä tai peruutushetkellä luottokorttisi kautta.

POSITIVES: When you walk in, the home is very clean. Area is open and appears large. Kitchen is equipped with needed cookware and utensils. Garbage bags and dish soap were provided. Private pier and property are a plus. Rowboat and paddle boat were available to use. Lovely spot on the lake. NEGATIVES: Toilet seat was loose. Sheets on one of the beds smelled sour. No games, books or playing cards provided. No curtains on the front windows. It would be nice for there to be a handbook or binder with info on the property and area to make sure we weren't missing anything (including the myriad of fees that could be incurred of certain things were out of place, etc., which for some reason was placed in the freezer). Nightly cost was expensive. Overall we really liked the property and the good definitely outweighed the bad.

Peaceful great place to rest.

The cabin is really close to the lake. The easy access into cabin by key code worked great. The place was clean and and we had everything what we needed. The property manager was very helpful. We love that we had access to the paddle boat. We also had a camp fire each night. Many eagles make this place so nice. Overall, I recommend this place.

Great little cabin on a quiet Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was great for 2 gals who wanted to get away. The cabin is close to the lake, and the view was amazing. East Bay was so quiet, the location is great! The cabin was clean when we arrived, and easy access into the cabin by key code worked great. There are a few things that could be done to make future guests more comfortable. The bathroom shower either needs replacing or new grout. A new set of pots and pans with large lids for fry pans and a large boiling pot would be a quick fix in the kitchen. It would be nice to have blinds for privacy on the front windows in the living room to close in the evening. And as cute as the antique bed is in one of the bedrooms, the mattress was comfortable, but the large springs make a lot of noise! Restless sleepers beware... Just suggestions to the owners to improve the up north experience of future guests. Good WiFi reception, and the TV worked great. So....we would return to this rental for sure, and the location was perfect. The dock was perfect for our rental pontoon, and no steps to the lake! A slice of heaven for sure.

Our stay at Sunset Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is located near the lake with a good view of the lake. We had privacy from the near by cabins. The water by the dock is shallow for bigger boats but is in great condition. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.The only thing we would change is the futon in the living room is hard and uncomfortable. Fishing was great and there is plenty of wildlife around, a doe with her dawn.

Cute Cottage

The sunset was amazing. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boat that was there. We also saw plenty of deer around the property and the even on the shoreline of the lake. The only thing that was disappointing was the place was not very clean. We did spend time cleaning each room. There were quite a few cobwebs. The window sills were very dirty, so we did not open any of the windows. We did use the air conditioner because it was very warm a couple of the days. We cleaned the filter in it, as it was very dirty. It is a very cute and efficient cottage, but the maintenance could have been better.

Up North Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To get away from the city and to stay in a cute little cabin, on a lake in the woods was truly restful and refreshing. It was so quiet! We saw eagles flying and swooping over the lake, deer grazed at our cabin everyday and the stars were so bright it felt like one could almost touch them. We rented a fishing boat and although the fish weren't biting, we just enjoyed being on the lake watching our bobbers or riding around. The cabin was exactly as described. Clean, cute and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Thank you for a rejuvenating getaway. We will definitely come again.
