Great place to spend vacations

Accuracy of online listing is very good; We come to this area every year and we enjoy the high quality of this state park beach; Lots of commodities in the area; Presence and great availability of the owner for reception and prompt answers to questions.

Perfect beach stay

We rented this property last year to visit family in Hampton beach, and it has become our staple place to stay. Conveniently located, adorable and modern clean decor, we love this beach condo!

Very nice

Pennys place is super cute and clean. The location is nice if you don’t mind a short drive to the main beach. There is also a beach right across the street which was great. The only downfall was the couch. I’m pregnant with twins and really wanted to just lounge. The couch is small and cute but not very comfy. Also the TV in the bedroom is to the right of the bed so you have to lay on your side to watch tv. It’s fine not just super comfortable. Other than that, the place was set up nice, very clean and well decorated. I would absolutely recommend if the couch isn’t an issue.

Wonderful amenities, beautiful updated finishes, big shower, comfortable bed, easy beach access

We loved this quaint beautifully updated condo right across the street from north Hampton beach. 2 minute easy beach access, towels and beach chairs provided. Penny was a wonderful host and very attentive to our needs. Will stay again next year for our annual family trip out here.

Awesome property

This was a great stay for us especially with this Covid. The condo was awesome, very clean and perfect. A 2 min walk to the beach. We loved the property and will be back for sure.

This condo is immaculate . It also has wonderful amenities . Beautifully decorated, great location .

This was a wonderful experience. Owner was attentive at check in and responding . There was awesome detail to this property. A real beach get away . I would go back again and again. This renovation was eye opening what vision they have . Location great , parking a pool. Exceptional !

We recently completed a two-year renovation of this one-bedroom condo. Directly across from North Beach in Hampton Nh, you'll have full access to this brand new, space with new furnishings, appliances, and plenty of closet space. Spacious living room and bedroom both with Smart TVs and Wifi. Beautifully finished bathroom with a stand-up shower. We provide all the essentials for your stay: beach chairs, towels, linens & basic kitchen necessities, including a Keurig. We have a pool on the property and assigned off-street parking. The ocean breeze keeps us cool but this unit also has AC.

What makes this property unique

Watch the sunrise on North Beach or enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own private deck facing the marsh. We are minutes away from the center of Hampton Beach and a short ride to the scenic coast of Rye.

This unit is winterized, available from March all the way to November. Come enjoy springtime on the coast or come experience the fall foliage and the see the full, huge Harvest Moon in October.
