Perfect for Families

Another fabulous stay with Club Wyndham. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, lots of amenities, and plenty of activities to keep the whole family busy. Easy parking and quick walk to everything.

Great location

We enjoyed our time at the resort, we used the pools, spas and gym. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. My one recommendation would be to provide a little more information at check in since there are multiple buildings, directions were vague.

Great location for parade/but no hot water

We had fun going to the St. Patrick’s Day parade from this location, but we had no hot water on Friday night and we’re not given anything to compensate for the inconvenience.

Christmas getaway

Our family of 4 stayed at the Wyndham club for our Christmas getaway and had a fantastic time! The location is very convenient to everything you need or would want to do in the area. The unit was very spacious and the entire resort was family friendly with lots to do. We definitely would stay here again!

Very convenient location! Hotel is undergoing remodeling and rooms were beautiful. Didn’t use any of the amenities because of time of year so can’t comment. Would definitely return if headed back to Newport.

Fantastic Fall Weekend in Newport

My family and I had an amazing weekend in Newport visiting for a wedding. The two bedroom, two bath suite was perfect for my parents, my 2-year old, my husband and I. We were in town for a wedding, and having one of the bedrooms and bathrooms be on the first floor was great to ensure that we didn't disrupt the rest of our party coming in later in the evening after wedding events. The location was perfect within walking distance to everything, and there was an awesome communal porch for happy hour and boat watching. The property itself was also awesome with movies and activities for adults and kids alike every day. Obviously like others it was a bit disappointing that the indoor pool was closed and for how much of the lawn was blocked off for construction (but only because it was such a beautiful and warm weekend!) but I know that's supposed to end soon so I think the amazing experience we had will just be enhanced for the next visitors.

Good but...

The good: Location, staff (excellent) and cleanliness (again, excellent). If you have kids/a family, there are things to do that the staff puts on for everyone...a really good choice. Very safe, too. The downside? Dated decor...not a huge issue but the interior can use updating and I don't feel this was well communicated in the VRBO images. Overall, certainly a solid place to stay with an understanding of those things I've mentioned.

Longwarf was the perfect location for us. We walked everywhere except for visiting the Mansions. I would highly recommend staying here. Checkin was easy and everything was just as noted in the listing.
