Quite and relaxing

Enjoyed the stay very much as the wife and I came this time mainly to chill and that we did.We usually stay around 4 corners area that’s where our local haunts are , but it wasn’t to far to drive.In all the years we’ve have been travelling to Orlando I must say it was the cleanest pool we’ve had never a bug to be seen our whole stay. Staying in the villa was relaxing and I enjoy being there.

I liked the view and being in this place is better than home, but there was a issue , at night time when sleeping it seems that the air con stop working because all the rooms got so hot we couldn’t sleep till 7 in the morning, other than that was perfect. Thanks.

Great villa in convenient location

We had a great fortnight in this villa. We were a group of 5 - 4 adults and a 6 year old. The villa is well equipped and was very clean when we arrived. The communication from the villa owners prior to arrival was brilliant and the details for entry to the property was very straightforward. We had problems with the entry pad system one evening but a quick phone call to the property manager resolved this very effectively and the key pad was properly fixed within 36 hours. We did feel that the villa was a bit tired and could do with sprucing up a bit but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa. Location wise - all the major attractions were about 30/40 minutes away which was just perfect. My parents felt that the directions provided from Orlando airport were not that great but my husband and I used sat nav from International Drive so cant really comment on their effectiveness. I would definitely recommend this villa to others and would highly recommend the owners as they have been courteous and very friendly throughout the entire process from the initial enquiry to our farewell.

G'pa's Disney Holiday

Villa met all our needs and the management Company were very responsive to our needs. However, we paid for pool heating for 14 days at $20 dollars/day. On arrival on Saturday (day 1) the heating did not work, it required a new pump which was promptly fitted but the pool did not reach temperature until Tuesday (day 4). Whilst the facility was very good there were some minor criticisms. On arrival; no pool heating, no wash basin plugs. The window blinds have seen better days and the patio door needs servicing. the carpet grippers are positively dangerous in places drawing blood from at least three people during our stay. There were no rubbish sacks provided for the waste bin. In summary we enjoyed our stay looking out over the lake and once the pool was warm the villa met all our main requirements for our visit to Florida.

Perfect base for all attractions!

Well situated, clean and comfortable villa with amazing pool views.

The property was situated in a great location with easy access to major roads and attractions. Clean, spacious and comfortable with a great pool area. The villa had all we required for a relaxed holiday. An attentive management team ensured that something as simple as replacing an outside bulb happened as soon as they were informed. The owner was keen to ensure we were happy and e mailed us to check all was in order which it was. The villa is perhaps a little tired on the surface but represents great value with comfortable beds, great cooker and lovely spacious pool area with outside seating for four and two comfortable sunbeds. There were ample white fluffy towels available for use and a hair dryer. Lots of hanging space in a walk in wardrobe and the air conditioning was efficient even in the July temperatures! The estate itself is a quiet neighbourhood which is great when you return from a busy day at the parks. There is some traffic noise but this was not a major issue as the trees at the other side of the lake masked this to an extent. A large supermarket is only 5 minutes away if you turn right leaving the estate. We would return to this property and recommend it to others.

Perfect get away

After returning to this villa I was pleasantly suprised by how clean and spacious the owner had made the villa and how they had gone to great lengths to update the villa with a new games room and furniture , the lake has a new alligator which we enjoyed watching from the peaceful deck area as well as the usual birds and Turtles . The beds were all really comfy and a new huge tv . we revisited this villa due to its great views easy access to Disney and universal and it's great price make it easily the best villa for cost, location and views .

Stunning villa great lake views

when we arrived the villa was welcoming and clean the rooms were great sizes and had all the facilities we required.The views from the pool over the lake is not done justice by the pictures as we arrived late afternoon and had beautiful sunsets and amazing wildlife to enjoy. The front room tv was a great size and had a large choice of cable tv channels to entertain the kids and the games room was also a added bonus. The beds were great sizes and extremely comfortable after a long day at the parks . A short 15 min drive to the parks also made it a great location. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting the comfort peace and quiet of a large villa with amazing views and equally easy quick access to all parks and entertainment . try logans on the 192 about 20 mins drive from the villa for a great meal near old town.

beautiful location

Over all our stay was perfect the villa was clean and tidy and the view of the sunset over the lake really was stunning! Only issue we had was that we could not get the tv in the master bedroom to work and alot of the light bulbs were out but overall it was a really enjoyable and we even manged to spot the gators in the lake!

Very nice and Relaxing

The house was bigger than we thought it would beWhich was very nice..Everything was nice and clean.The pool and the lake view was so relaxing,perfect place for morning coffee and to watch the ducks (grans) and the fish jumping.Pool was a good size.Its was a very nice place.And the beds they where wonderful.Usally when you go away from home the beds are hard and not comfortable at all.Everybody has their on thing about a mattress,but to us they where the most comfortable best sleeping beds we"ve every slept on away from home.They where better than the ones we have at home.Which to me made the place even better.I would recommend this house to everyone.It;s also about 20 mintues to all Disney and sea world parks.We enjoyed it very much!!

EXCELLENT VACATIONS

From the first time I contact Nicola and Ian, they were very patient with me, they answer all my question I have regarding the house for my stay. They gave me confidence to do the rent for this house. I have stayed for one week in this awesome house with a beautiful view to the lake. It was a comfort stay to me and my family. It's closed to every attraction I went. A very quiet place. Had a very glad time. A very spacious house, rooms, dinning, kitchen, everything was comfortable. The game place was awesome for the stay. I will definitely would stay again.

beautiful lakeside views

after a long journey from england we were very pleasantly surprised to see the lovely villa and surrounding area, the villa backed onto a lake which in the morning the kids enjoyed watching the birds catching the fish and us adults the amazing sunsets at night, The villa was surprisingly spacious and ample room for 4 adults and 2 children. It is approx 20 mins from the disney parks and makes a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a light bulb needing changing and his instructions and directions were very welcomed and informative. we found our stay excellent value for money and would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to be near disney but also wants peace and quiet.

Very Spacious house

The house has a lot of space and a great view of the lake. It is less than a 1/2 hour from all attractions and very easy to get to them. Gated community is very secure and well kept. Grocery stores are very close to the house. The owner is very fast in communication. The pool heater was broke during our stay and the owner quickly refunded our heater costs. Although we were dissappointed that we couldn't use the pool. A couple things I didn't like: The house needs new beds or mattress pillowtops. The beds are not comfortable at all. As stated the master bedroom has a king bed..but it is a full sized. The house does not have a grill as in the description. The utensils in the kitchen are minimal. The house must have some sort of plumbing issues. All showers in the house have drainage issues. By the time you were done with a shower the water was up to your ankles at least. Kinda gross. Overall for the price a good place to stay.

Great accommodation, Great value foe money

My family of 6 stayed at this villa in August 2012 and had a great time. The accommodation is very spacious, clean and well kept. The location is a drive from Disney and Universal but easily reached by a simple route on very good roads. The villa is very secure on a gated estate. The kids used the swimming pool every day and this time of year there is no need for heating. The owners provided me with very good information via clear and regular communication. The villa is well located for the airport but at no time did we experience any aircraft noise. When we visit Florida again, we will definately try and rent this villa again.

my woundefull visit

My family and I had a woundeful stay here at this beautiful gated community. We felt very safe. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.I look forward to renting this place on my next visit to Florida. Most of all the price is very affordable and it was truly home away from home. I do have one problem need get a music system.

Great Holiday!

We have recently returned from a lovely holiday at this villa. We enquired about this rental last minute and we received a quick response from the owner. We thought the villa was excellent value for money and perfect for our family. It was close enough to attractions and Orlando international airport. There was a Publix supermarket about 5 minutes away (there is a takeaway DVD rental machine - you can rent a DVD for a dollar a night without needing a membership - great idea!) The villa is situated on a quiet, secure resort. It has a beautiful view of the lake from the pool area which provided a perfect place to relax and unwind after hectic day at the theme parks. We opted for pool heating. The pool was a little cold when we arrived but by mid-morning of the 2nd day it was deliciously warm! Pool heating is a definite must. The villa was spotlessly clean. We did have a couple of issues. The website states that a cot with bedding is provided in one of the bedrooms. We had informed the owner when we first enquired about the villa that we had a baby. However there was no cot or highchair at the property. We arrived on late Friday evening so did not contact the maintenance company at that point. When we did contact them we were told they didn't know anything about a cot but we could rent one. This was not really what we wanted to deal with, especially after an 8 hour flight from England. Also the villa did look a little tired in places especially the bedding in the master bedroom. When you are away, you want a home away from home. However the bedding is in desperate need of an update. (e.g We are not fussy people but the pillows were so bobbly and worn that you couldn't even see the pattern on them!!) Surely it wouldn't cost too much to replace these. Despite these things we would recommend this villa to others. It was great value for money, secure resort, spotlessly clean, gorgeous view, close enough to attractions.

Great getaway!!!

I took my son, and my mother down to Florida Sept. 5-10 for my sons 4th birthday. The first thing I noticed was the house was GORGEOUS! Then I went up to the door there were bees nests in the walkway. About 3 or 4 of them. Then I noticed the screen on the window next to the door was broken. When inside, It was beautiful! The ad here says they have cable. Free cable. Not regular cable/satalite. The only recommendations would be to upgrade appliances. The fridge is a tad rusty on the outside corner. There is only a manual canopener. Just little things. Overall I loved and I hope to return in the VERY near future!!!

My Disney Trip

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this villa and when we retun to the Orlado area we will defiantly use again. the villa had loads of space and my kids loved the pool overlooking the lake and the daily visits from the ducks. The villa was very clean and the layout worked very well for our family of 8. Its was only a five minute drive to the main highways that lead to the Disney resors/attractions. The commute to and from WDW and Universal Studios was about 25 minute one way using the turnpike. but there where alternate routes available rather than usig turnpike every day. The property owner was very responsive to my e-mails duing or reservation process and I was very comfortable with the arrangement. My family and i absolutely loved the villa and would recommend it to everyone. It was an excellent value for money and would defiantly go back.

Villa in Remington

Lovely villa - very comfortable. unforunately Florida had the worst rain ever when we were there so we only got in the pool once but it was lovely. Wouild defineitly go again Thanks

Ok, but needs TLC

The positives - beautiful view, host communicates promptly, house is clean, layout and neighborhood are pleasant and it has the potential to be a nice place to stay. The negatives - the house feels like it is somewhat neglected. Blind slats held up with duct tape, black stain on entry wall, and the “game room” garage feels pretty uninviting. My 14- year old daughter went for her first swim in the pool only to have two kiddie band aids and dead bugs floating around her. She never went in again. They leave you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two tiny hotel soaps, and a single packet of laundry detergent (for the towels they request you wash, I assume). The bed pillows were the worst I have ever experienced - old flimsy decorative pillow or large, bulky memory foam. The hosts need to think about paying to attention to details. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Just ok!

The property is in need of some updates, walls dirty and scuffed, trim needs to be replaced, old carpet, towels, bedding & pillows were not the best - all mismatched and old. No welcome basket with waters, coffee tea, snacks etc. - due to delays with our flights we didn’t get to the house until 2am so it would have been a nice gesture. AC wasn’t working properly & tv/Roku stoped working on the 1st day- thankfully the property manager was extremely responsive and came right away to fix the issues. We made the best of our time there, but don’t know if we would choose this property again.
