Great location fantastic host

I would highly recommend staying here. It is right off the Rue Cler market, and surrounded by great restaurants and easy access to transit. Vénie is a great host, you can’t go wrong!

Perfect! Our new place to stay in Paris

My husband and I have been to Paris many times. The 7th is our favorite area so we’re were delighted to find this little flat. Vénie has done an excellent job of describing the apartment, the pictures and description are apt. A few steps to the cafes and shops of rue Cler, moments walk to the Eiffel Tower and with easy access to the metro and easy pick up spots for taxi’s or Ubers you won’t find a better location. Vénie is a gracious and accommodating host. She was incredibly helpful before, during and after. Even before our arrival she was communicative, incredibly organized and truly caring. Don’t let the size deter you from staying!

Cozy Apartment in the Heart of Paris

Our stay at Vénie’s Paris apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we connected, her communication was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful.What truly stood out was her effort to accommodate our early arrival—she rearranged her own plans and even her employee’s schedule so we could check in right after landing. Wonderful location with great host

I stayed with my mother and daughter at this perfectly located flat. The host is incredibly responsive and kind. The flat is located adjacent to a cobblestone lined street with lovely shops and great restaurants. Easy Uber to all the main sites in Paris. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and recommend this flat to anyone traveling to Paris.

Sweet little flat

The location is stellar; 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, Bus stops and the Seine River boats.And, it is literally steps from Rue Cler. Several shops, groceries and restaurants. Accessibility of Uber drop off and pickup was exceptional. The flat was very clean. Loved having coffee and tea. The small kitchen is fully equipped. Vénie responded instantly and helped assist with sightseeing inquiries. The instructions and layout of the flat were precise. Best suited for couples with/without teens since the loft sleeping may be challenging for toddlers and elderly. An ideal stay for exploring Paris!!restaurants.

Great stay

I had an excellent stay at this flat! The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great recommendations for apps and how to get to airport. The flat itself was impeccably clean and felt very safe, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Rue Cler, where you can find wonderful cafés, bakeries, and fresh markets. It’s also conveniently close to the Metro, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris. I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city!

Just perfect!

A delightful stay! The neighborhood is full of color, food, shops, cafés. We ate at the flat several times having picked up treats during the day. The quaint and cozy patio made for a restful spot to take our meals. Inside, this fairly typical French flat is very comfortable. Everything you need to eat onsite. Spotless! And our host, Vénie, checked in on us several times, making sure we had what we needed which we did. Totally recommend for about 1-4 people.

Amazing Experience!

Our stay and accommodations in Paris were outstanding. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for—clean, up-to-date, comfortable for a family of four while being close to everything. We were thrilled to be down the street from fantastic restaurants and the bonus of a pedestrian-only area was perfect for wandering safely with kids in a busy city. Our host was equally phenomenal, she was so accommodating and helpful—every step was remarkably easy with amazing communication. We will definitely be staying here again and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone needing the perfect place in the heart of Paris!!

The heart of Paris

Staying at this particular VRBO made us feel more like a local than a guest. Everything we needed was nearby and within walking distant. The cafes were a plus. Would definitely do this again.

A wonderful experience...

If you choose these accommodations, you will not be disappointed. Vénie, your host, is a strong communicator and wants you to have the best possible experience in this beautiful city. Vénie and this apartment are the definition of “je ne sais quoi.” This is a true Parisian experience. The apartment is comfortable, welcoming, and functional. The layout is lovely and uniquely French. Have an eye for art and design? You’ll like discovering the bold and the delicate features around the apartment such as the modern-vintage furniture and the subtle artwork. The kitchen is complete. Just steps away, on the Rue Cler, are fresh markets of fruits, vegetables, meats, fromage, and baked goods that you can bring home and prepare to your liking. However, cooking is definitely optional. The Rue Cler also provides exquisite cuisine with traditional and modern French repasts that satisfy the most sophisticated palate. From this location, it is easy to get around Paris on foot or otherwise. The Eiffel Tower and the River Seine are just minutes away. If you are a “long walker,” the apartment features an ergonomic soaking tub to remedy your sight-seeing day in this wonderful city. Overall, the apartment, the location and Vénie will give you an extraordinary Parisian experience.

Great Place

I was travelling with my 2 grandsons and the apartment was wonderful and more than met our needs. The location could not be beat, close to restaurants, shopping, attractions and subway. Venie was one of the best hosts I have encountered, she was extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. I would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Paris.

Perfect Location

My husband, son, and I stayed in this lovely flat for three nights. It's small and cozy, as described, and in the perfect location! It is close to everything. The neighborhood, next to Rue Cler, is surrounded by many cafes, bakeries, and outdoor restaurants and a 20-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Louvre. Venie was very responsive. Be aware, there is no A/C, but fans made it comfortable in the flat down. We had a wonderful stay!

Lovely Stay in Paris

I cannot say enough good things about Venie, the property owner, and this lovely duplex! It’s located in a perfect spot - right around the corner from the Rue Cler market and near a Metro stop and grocery store. The duplex has everything one might need - a well-appointed kitchen, iron/ironing board, plenty of outlets, a washing machine/drying rack and much more! Venie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely communicative, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Paris so memorable!

Charming home, great location

I had a great stay. The property is neat as a pin and in a great location. Lots of cafes and shops around, plenty of sightseeing in walking distance. The host is really helpful and the communications we easy and informative. When I am back in Paris is will hope to stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

The location of this apartment was great - it was close to restaurants & grocery stores, which made it easy to cook our own meals and eat out when we wanted. The apartment was also in a safe neighborhood, and we enjoyed walking around. it's also super close to the bus and train lines. Our family of four felt really comfortable here, and we enjoyed having meals on the lovely patio. The communication with the owner was also great, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens.

A Very Special Place!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Venie's flat, and plan to stay again! The location is perfect, and the flat is comfortable, impeccably furnished, and well stocked. We particularly enjoy the private courtyard to hear the morning birds and sip wine in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need to make coffee/tea as well as to prepare a gourmet meal. Having the clothes washer was so convenient for our week's stay. We cannot thing of one thing that was not provided for our comfort. With all the conveniences of the Rue Cler just around the corner, and the Eiffel Tower, numerous Metro stations, and proximity to the river, the location could not be better. Venie is very prompt with communication and truly cares that her guests enjoy her lovely flat. Merci Beaucoup Venie!

Great location for first time in Paris!

I travelled with my son and his girlfriend who will be moving here with the goal of exploring the city. Venie was a charming hostess and the location couldn’t be better-with every shop and restaurant you need just around the corner and close to the metro. It worked fine for the three of us who spent most of our time out and about - it is cozy and make sure you are comfortable with a small space if you are traveling with others. Thanks for giving me a lovely intro to Paris!

Oh my gosh was this great

Location, quality and communication are the three key words. The flat is so conveniently located in relation to the most visited sites in Paris plus its proximity to Rue Cler and all of those restaurants and shops. What is not walkable is easily reached by a nearby Metro stop. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding. While on the small size the efficiency with which the space is utilized is excellent. Beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water and a private patio - all combined for an amazing stay. Our communication with Venie far exceeded other Vrbo hosts. She communicates expectations clearly and up front and was responsive to inquiries in a very timely manner. All three of us fell in love with Paris again and that is due in large part to “flat”. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

A week in Paris

We had a wonderful stay!! The location is amazing and close to many of the wonderful sites such as the Eiffel Tower and Les invalides. The host is a fantastic communicator and made the process easy🌺🌺 the apartment was very neat and well stocked. She had a list of restaurant recommendations and we tried all of them!! After a few days getting morning coffee and some fruits and breads; we were like neighborhood insiders. It was the perfect place to stay💕

I am the editor-in-chief of a fashion trends magazine and have been receiving people at my place since 2015. I love it each day (and night :) and I do my best for my travelers. Some have become precious friends.
According to my travelers’ tastes, I might offer them a true taste of French life or leave them be happy and independent in our flat.
What has started as a hobby now yields a needed income. It’s not a full-time job, though. I’m not a hotel professional nor a hospitality robot. I expect Vrbo travelers to behave like guests.
The flat is incredibly well located and equipped. However I prefer hosting travelers who choose our property for its original decor and feel lucky to live amongst our remarkable pieces of Vintage Modern furniture.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The building has been erected by my two-times-great-grandfather in 1895. He was a very modern aristocrat, an Eiffel tower fan and fought against the Philistines who wanted to destroy "her" (she is a feminine figure in our eyes). We know the history of this piece of land since before the revolution. It came in the family with a dowry. Its riches were the spring, where now there is the fountain. The flat history embraces four centuries, it's fascinating.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The patio is an unique feature. Not even 7 properties in our very chic neighbourhood can claim such a feature, and none for rental. The walls are very thick and conserve the heat or the freshness well, allowing to use the patio from February until October. The natural air ventilation is very effective during the Summer. This is a little flat for history buffs and distinguished people. Please don't book it if you're just looking for a place to crash. It has its quirks, its narrow stairs, its steep ladder. It's not for everybody.
