Nuestro condominio, Whaler # 502, es un condominio de dos habitaciones / dos baños frente al mar en el quinto piso de la torre norte, Torre # 1, en el Whaler en la playa de Kaanapali ... puedes pararte en la terraza, lanzar un tenis Pelota y golpea la playa. Es de gran tamaño (1.950 pies cuadrados incluyendo la terraza, 1,440 pies cuadrados de interiores....), Con capacidad para cinco personas y tiene la siguiente ropa de cama: Cama king - dormitorio principal, dos camas de matrimonio - segunda habitación. No hay sofá-cama en la sala de estar.

El Whaler en Kaanapali Beach, también conocido como Aston at the Whaler en Kaanapali Beach, es un lujoso complejo de condominios frente a la playa ubicado directamente en la mundialmente famosa playa de Kaanapali, junto al Whalers Village Shopping Center, en la costa oeste de Maui, entre Lahaina y Kapalua. La recepción está gestionada por Aston Hotels and Resorts. Aston también administra / alquila aproximadamente un tercio de los condominios. Los propietarios alquilan otras unidades directamente a los huéspedes.

Nuestro condominio, Whaler # 502, cuenta con una remodelación de $ 150K + (y aún no hemos terminado), aire acondicionado central, una lavadora / secadora en el condominio para uso de los huéspedes (muchos condominios de Whaler no tienen una lavadora / secadora dentro del condominio), tres televisores a color (Samsung 60 "TV en la sala de estar y un Sony 46" TV en cada habitación), una cocina totalmente equipada, cable de alta velocidad gratis e internet wi-fi y más.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

This is not our first time staying in this unit, and a usual we were not disappointed! It’s a great condo in the most perfect location with an amazing view. Our favorite parts are you walk out the door of the building onto one of the best beaches in Maui. And it’s a one minute walk to Whalers Village. The perfect location to stay with teens who like to have a little freedom to come and go. Rick is an excellent host and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns (not that we had many over our multiple visits.) We will definitely be back.

Picture perfect

From the moment we entered the unit we knew we were in a special place. Very clean and organized. Fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. And OH! The view. Everyday we spotted whales from the lanai. Thank you so much for such a lovely condo. Our trip was wonderful.

We come every January to watch the humpback from Alaska come jump and play in front of Maui! The fifth story corner view does not disappoint! Beautiful condo great location walk to Hula Grill, monkey pot, black rock, , whaler village! We will definitely return! The owner was easy to talk to and very accommodating to our needs! the population of tourist is low right now on Maui. They need your vacation monies, pack your bags, and head on over!

Perfect place to stay and enjoy paradise!!

This room was perfect! The views from every room are amazing. The wrap-around lanai offers views of the ocean AND the mountains, and was a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and cocktails at night. The condo is beautifully updated, well-appointed and maintained – and clean. The owner communicated with clear instructions about all major items and offered assistance if we needed anything (we did not need a thing). Additionally, the owner provided lagniappe in the form of the essentials that are often forgotten at the store such as paper towels, laundry pods, etc. To top it all off, the sea life was on display – the sea turtles swam by daily and the spinner dolphins made a run several days. Our experience staying here was absolutely perfect!

8 nights--wish it were longer

First time at the Whaler, but not the last. Was concerned since we hadn't been before, but it was fantastic. We were here along with 4 other families for a wedding (they had 3 condos on the 1st floor). Some of the features: The fifth floor view is perfect. You're up just high enough to be at the right eyeline for palms, and activity up and down the beach, but not too far that you feel "disconnected" from your friends on the beach. Also, right over the grill area so easy to tell if there's a free spot (hard to light the grills, but really clutch). We rented the dug-in umbrellas a couple of days, and they placed them within ear shot of our balcony, which made coordination easy with a big group. Very nice. Their free chairs for guests on the beach meant we didn't need to haul down the tommy bahama chairs from the condo. We hosted a small get-together one night for drinks and sunset. Then watched Moana (obviously) on the big screen. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. Wall-to-wall carpet was soft and made the place cozy. Enjoyed making breakfast and eating out on the balcony each morning. Got to know the rhythm of the catamarans in-and-out. Easy to park under the buildling with all the recycling and trash close at hand. Small shopping carts make it easy to haul stuff up and down. And ABC store (and Tommy Bahama) are just steps away if you ask the front desk for the secret entrance. We got a lot of use out of the tennis courts in the back.

Perfect property for our family!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was excellent and the location was perfect for our family. Communication with the owner was wonderful and he checked in to make sure everything was well during our stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay here again on our next trip back to the island.

Perfect Location

The condo was so clean, comfortable, and had great ocean views with a huge wrap around balcony. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Everything you would need inside the condo for making your own meals as well. Our first time to Maui and it didn't disappoint. We would love to come back and be a repeat renter in this unit. In our opinion it doesn't get any better. Any questions we had the owner was so prompt in answering all of them.

Perfection

Two late teen boys, my husband and myself. This unit is perfect. Quite large, all the amenities of home, perfectly stocked kitchen if you choose to do any cooking. Incredibly well maintained and clean. Now the view! Stunning! Location a quick walk to Whalers village but the beach front view and location can't be beat. Rick is a fabulous, attentive host proactive in communication to make your stay perfect.

Perfect place to stay. Gorgeous view and wonderful home.

We have stayed in VRBO rentals all over the world and this one has to be one of the best-if not the best! Ocean front with a perfect view of the sea and beach. This condo had everything we needed including extra towels, beach chairs/umbrella and the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. We loved the fact that Rick and his wife (the owners) have maintained a well-stocked spice cabinet including vinegars, olive oil etc. for renters to use when cooking. There are also serving bowls, platters, mixing bowls, cutting boards, cookie sheets, pots and pans along with plenty of plates and silverware. Rick was easy to work with and kept us very informed about the unit. He and his wife even came to the condo to secure the outdoor tables because high winds were forecast (and we did have those high winds.) All the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will be back.

The property was awesome. Perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets and totally relaxing on the fabulous patio. Whale watching was fantastic while enjoying our morning coffee and a cocktail in the evening. The location is perfect and close to everything. The condo is fully equipped and very clean. Better than listed

I took my husband to this property to celebrate his 50th birthday in January. My husband is a power wheelchair user & booking vacation homes can be tricky since many owners don’t know what disabled folks need. Rick was great, he actually spoke with me on the phone before I booked & answered all the questions that helped us decide if it would be accessible for us. If you are disabled or planning a trip for a disabled loved one & are considering this property, reach out to Rick with your questions, he is so responsive & a pleasure to work with. The condo isn’t fully up to ADA code but not all disabled people have the same needs. For us, it was perfect! 3 working elevators to get to the condo, once inside my husband could easily navigate his chair in the unit & onto the lanai without ramps. There is a paved path right next to a pristine the beach so wheelchair users can really enjoy their island stay. We saw so many whales while sipping morning coffee right on the lanai! Another great thing is that the building is part privately owned condos, part hotel, so we were able to get help getting our bags up to the condo and back to our car when we left. Front desk folks were lovely! Parking was a breeze. They let us park the wheelchair accessible van we rented in the 30min check-in zone for our whole stay. We have so many more nice things we want to say but alas, we’re running out of characters to type. 10/10. We’ll be back!

Amazing condo!

Excellent location, right on kanaapali beach, beautiful grounds at the whalers with pool and tennis courts, next to whalers village shops and restaurants. Condo is spacious with large bedrooms, sweeping views of the ocean and well stocked kitchen. Rick was a very responsive host. Especially want to thank him for being very helpful when it came to us making some last minute change to travel plans.

Couldn’t ask for a better location or property owner! Everything was clean and in good working order. The staff were lovely and the owner of the condo Rick was friendly with wonderful communication! Everything was well stocked with great extras like tide pods for the washer!

Fantastic stay at a perfect property and location! The unit was ideally located, spacious, well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable. To top things off, Rick stayed in touch regularly and answered our questions quickly...great host! We'll definitely be back.

If you are considering this condo at the Whaler, I can only recommend that you book it. I have stayed at the Whaler many times in several different condos and 502 is our absolute favorite. Rick is wonderful to work with. I never have an issue with the condo at all. It is updated, beautiful and the views are the best the Whaler has to offer being direct ocean front. It is spotless upon arrival, comfortable beds, and there are beach chairs and coolers for your use. It is next to many restaurants and shopping which is super convenient. I will always stay at the Whaler and condo 502 as long as it's available.

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and I were able to plan a last minute trip to Maui, and I was so fortunate that Ricks condo at The Whaler was available. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped condo with an incredibly huge wrap around lanai. There’s nothing better than starting your day with a cup of coffee and sitting outside staring at the ocean! Rick was great to work with. A very responsive and caring owner. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge bonus, and it comes with detergent pods as well. The Whaler also has a lovely beach out front and we were able to rent cabana chairs with a hood from the pool desk for the days we spent on the sand. Overall a five star stay for sure!!We will be back! Thank you Rick for sharing your home away from home with us!
