Nice, spacious basement space with dedicated back access. Top quality bedding. Large inviting living room with big flat screen and bose surround sound. Blazing fast internet (wifi) and google mesh. Stocked kitchen. Property located very close to downtown Mooresville. Close to restaurants and shopping , Banking and much more. 25 minutes to Charlotte. Lake norman very close by as well. Plenty parking
