Dieses atemberaubende, moderne Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und dreieinhalb Bädern liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und bietet alles, was Sie nicht übrig haben. Neu, elegant, modern und vielseitig kommen mir in den Sinn. Geräumiger offener Grundriss mit zwei Wohnbereichen, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Frühstückstheke und Essbereich für sechs Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer (zwei Könige, eine Königin) ist mit bequemen Betten, begehbaren Kleiderschränken, einem großen Smart-TV und einem kompletten Bad mit ebenerdigen Duschen ausgestattet. Das tropische Gelände erinnert an ein Luxusresort. Zeitgemäßer beheizter Pool und angeschlossenes Spa mit Blick auf die Wasserstraße, eine Anlegestelle zum Kajakfahren, viele Sitzbereiche und Sonnenliegen sowie ein Gasgrill und Restaurants für acht Personen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind hier in der Avenue One nicht zu übersehen!

Lovely house with everything you need to relax and reconnevt

David’s house was very nice, and provided a great base for our family vacation to Fort Lauderdale. The beds were comfy, the kitchen very modern and user friendly and the laundry room convenient. What makes this house great is the yard. We loved the pool, grill, and putting green!

Great Vacay

This property was exactly as described. We booked for a family vacation and were thrilled with the pool. The house was fully stocked with just about anything that you’d need to prepare meals. We were able to get anywhere we wanted within 15 mins. I will definitely rent another one of their properties in the future.

Avenue One is fantastic! We had a very relaxing experience in this 5-star property. The pool and spa are outstanding and getting some exercise by kayaking in the canal was refreshing. The property managers David and Steve are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We plan to stay with Avenue One again.

Avenue One was amazing. The pictures are accurate! This is a well kept, clean, state of the art, calming environment. The home is luxurious! My family and I enjoyed this living space both inside and out. We utilized all amenities. The host was so gracious and quick to respond to any inquiries. I will never forget!

This house was amazing. I left extremely motivated. I actually didn't want to leave it. Whenever we went to do something fun, I just wanted to come back to the house. I ended up staying inside for most of the trip and making plans for my future. I started a business from that kitchen table that still stands today almost a year later.

Exactly as it is listed

This home is perfect for three friends or three couples who want private space. Extremely comfortable and clean a whistle! Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook we did nose a bit and it is very well stocked. Seems it has everything you’d need to cook. Pool, deck and dock area are clean, comfortable and roomy. Beach chairs were practically new. Check in and out were a breeze. Love the interactive screen. Provided great information and suggestions. David and Steve responded quickly when I had questions before and during our stay. We certainly plan to stay at this property again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 3 couples sharing the house. The decor of the house was clean and modern. We loved the outdoor space which was large and lovely with mature trees and plants and private even though we were right on the canal. The outdoor area was well appointed with a large table for meals, lounge chairs, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs. Pool was small but adequate and had an integrated spa. The spa was not warm but the property manager came right away to attend to it. The lights in the pool were not working. The couple in the smallest bedroom felt the queen bed could have been larger. It would be good if the outdoor glassware was dishwasher safe. These comments are somewhat picky but overall we were very pleased with the house and highly recommend it.

Wonderfull house and host

We were 6 people in total: 4 adults and 2 children. We booked the house to spend the New Year together The first positive surprise was that the house looked much better than in the pictures! We were received with all lights on (we arrived in the evening) and a welcome note from the host with a champagne bottle! You can tell the house has been done by someone with a deep understanding of interior design. Not only were the spaces beautiful but also functionally very practical. From small details, such as each nightstand in the bedrooms having a charging deck, to the bathrooms having showers with a rain shower head and also a hand shower, you can tell someone has taken time to understand how to best use the spaces. The TV in the living room had a surround sound system, so we enjoyed watching a few movies greatly! If you are a cook, welcome to paradise! You will find all kinds of utensils for cooking, including a blender, mixer, all kinds of pots, pans, trays, etc. All kitchen cabinets have labels to clearly identify what is inside (here again, I go to my earlier remark: superb home design!) The pool & barbecue area, were impeccable. Very well maintained and designed providing space to eat outside and sit or relax under the Sun. We had a few questions and the host responded INMEDIATELY & even sent someone to ensure we knew how to use the barbecue and hot water system. In summary, an amazing property with exquisite host service. I highly recommend it!
