Old lake house with issues.

We had issues getting check in info although I believe this is on vrbos side not the owner, the house didnt seems to dirty like previous reviews, just seemed like an old lake house that doesnt get used often. The issues we had was the dock had many raised nails/broken boards(this is very dangerous with a 3 year old) also the driveway is not boat friendly at all, and on the second night we were there we had one person in our group that slept on the couch had a mouse run across his face in the middle of the night..

Needs Some Love

The property has so much potential to be amazing. I understand that due to location, there will be bugs. But the amount of cobwebs with so many dead bugs up in the windows was beyond what should have been there. I pulled curtains down while there to wash them because of the amount of dust. I did finally speak with the homeowner and we worked out an agreement over the stay and cleaning. He was a very nice man via text message.

Family Weekend Lake Trip

Perfect way to start our summer. Back deck was a perfect way to start and end our day in relaxation. Perfect place for our family of six. Though the trek to and from the dock was a bit steep, it was still perfect for friends to pick us up on their boat. Definitely plan to make this an weekend trip. Very enjoyable stay.

Fun lake extended weekend!!!

This was just the perfect spot for our last lake Tudor the summer & will for sure be back!!! We took our family & our see doos & it had super easy access to the boat ramp!!! I give it 👍👍!!!😃

Wonderful Lakefront!

We loved our stay at this lake house! It had everything we wanted and the walk to the dock was not too bad, a bit steep but not too bad. The only negatives were very minimal but the back roads to get there are a bit rough so be prepared and use caution! Also, the dock had a lot of birds nesting over the boat slip which was addressed by the owners and hopefully won’t be a problem for others. We will definitely stay again!

30th birthday

I had an incredible night with a few close friends where we just relaxed by the lake, enjoyed a fire and celebrated a new time in my life. It was amazing and we will be back!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

The house was great for our needs. Two bedrooms, kitchen, a dining table with a view of the lake. I sat on the balcony/deck each morning and watched the sun rise. The boat dock was perfect. While it’s a hike down to the dock, the convenience was perfect. The cove for fishing was outstanding. We hope to stay again in the future. I’m was just the vacation we needed!!

Didnt even get to stay

No contact was received from the host i didnt get to stay neither vrbo reps or me were able to contact host, therefore this trip was cancelled and i should be receiving a refund thats already in progress what a waste of gas time and excitement for my spouse’s birthday weekend i dont know why this listing is even still up if people wont get to stay

My maternal grandfather came out to Prue with a realtor five years before they "opened" Keystone Lake, so he got his pick of the lots. He and my great-uncle built the cabin in 1965. We completed major renovations in 2019 and were so happy with the results that we just HAD to share them with the world!
