The bedroom #1 includes a King size bed and bedroom #2 includes a Full size bed. This apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove top cooking facilities. It offers a bar and living room area with a 65 inch flat-screen smart TV. It features a central air conditioner and heater. There is a secure entrance and easy check-in.

All the guests are provided fresh clean towels and linen as well as complementary guest amenities on arrival.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA, we are 25 minutes from downtown, 15min from Parx Casino, 30min from Philadelphia International Airport

We'll meet and welcome you to show you around the place. We'll be around to answer any questions as we live in the next building. We can also be reached directly via the airbnb app or text message.

HOUSE RULES
1. Check in is after 4 pm. Checkout is before 11 am.
2. No parties and no loud noise after 10 pm. Any type of party or complaint from neighbors because of loud noise may terminate reservation with no refund.
3. Treat our home with love. If our home is left in an exaggerated mess an extra cleaning fee will be charged
4. No smoking. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Smoking fee is $250
5. Only the number of guests shown in the reservation are allowed in the house. Having more guests in our home without our approval is subject to a cancellation of the reservation with no refund and a $50/guest fee
6. We do allow pets, but it is a $15/ day per pet fee

This is a family home, in a quiet neighborhood, not a rowdy hotel. If you want to smoke, party, do drugs, drink heavily, play loud music, please book elsewhere, there are plenty of hotels, motels, and other places nearby.

We want you, and all our guests, to have a wonderful time in Philadelphia, and to fully enjoy the neighborhood restaurants and entertainment venues, but when you come home, we want you to have a quiet and restful time.
