Need a break then Villa 7 with a modern décor is just for you. Relax and enjoy the villa or walk to the beach or laze by the swimming pools. Visit the Fleurieu Peninsula wineries and local beaches, a perfect place to get away and explore. Relax with friends on the deck enjoying the local wines and fine food. The villa has all the amenities of home catering for all your cooking needs.
The ideal spot for young children to enjoy the freedom of riding their bikes and scooters without the hassle of traffic and know that they are safe. The villa is situated in the South Shores Resort, a secure gated community opposite Links Lady Bay Golf Course. Only a few metres away from a beautifully decked swimming pool, parklike lawned area with a meandering boardwalk to the beach. A secure area for children to play in safety and enjoy the open spaces.
Villa 7 features three bedrooms, all with queen size beds and a double bunk in the third bedroom, two bathrooms, upstairs powder room and a large open living/dining/kitchen area has bifold doors opening on the deck giving a light and airy feel to the room. The kitchen has all Smeg appliances. The villa is complimented by a smart modern decor.

Long Weekend Getaway

Even though it was a heat wave, property was very clean, air conditioning worked well, and for a family of 4 ( Young adult kids) it was perfect. Highly recommend, we will be back.

A great few days!

We had a great stay at South Shores for the March long weekend. With 4 adults and 4 children the villa was the perfect size. It was beautifully furnished and very well equipped for everything that we could need. The deck was beautiful and we had some great afternoons/evening out there. Would definitely book again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at South Shores. We were 2 families, including 3 kids between the ages of 6 & 11. The kids had an amazing time exploring the property on their bikes and scooters in complete secure safety. The facilities themselves were excellent. The accommodation was perfectly clean. What a gem of a place!

We were so impressed with the house - the decor, the extra supplies in the house and the facilities around South Shores. We had the best time and would highly recommend this villa. It is located near the entrance to the complex, which means that it is away from the noise of the main areas, and has a nice outlook towards paddocks with kangaroos and the hills in the background. Great for families and a group of couples and right on the beach!

Amazing weekend away!

We had an amazing time staying in Jean's wonderful property. Beautifully situated, it was so peaceful during our stay and it was just a short walk from both the beach and the pool. The balcony was a great place to enjoy a wine with friends plus there was plenty of room inside to sit back and relax too. Cannot recommend this property enough - the only downside was when it was time to head home as none of us wanted to leave!!
