Family Spring Break Trip

Tina was amazing - always incredibly responsive. The condo was very clean and welcoming - pictures were very accurate. Location was convenient to many attractions and public transportation. Parking was a huge plus - we loved that it was in a garage and we never had to worry about finding a spot. It is located on a busier street, so it can be a little noisy into the evening hours, but we did not have trouble sleeping. Only recommendation would be to have darker blinds/curtains in the bedrooms due to street lighting. We would absolutely recommend this condo if traveling to Philly.

Clean and Convenient!

Very grateful for this clean and convenient condo, we stayed for a family member’s PhD dissertation at Penn and found the place very comfortable and the location convenient. Would recommend.

Convenient location

This was our second time staying in this apartment. It is very close to our daughter's apartment, so we appreciate its convenience. The apartment is clean, the parking garage is a huge bonus, and communication was very clear and helpful.The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the noise of the traffic and construction which is obviously out of the owner's hands but still affected our stay. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.The only thi

Clean and comfortable

We stayed two nights during a multi-stop college tour trip. It was great to have access to laundry and a kitchen in the middle of our trip. The place was clean and comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. It is a busy area, so there is quite a bit of street noise, but we expected that with the location, we would definitely stay again.

West Philly Home

The flat's location is in a neighborhood that is upgrading and it is in an active urban setting. Our first time entering was a bit fraught but then no problems at all. The flat is compact and comfortable. Great appliances, modern bathrooms, W & D, and comfortable beds.Enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated nearby supermarkets and subway station. Did not eat at any neighborhood restaurants.

The property is in a great location close to Penn and the hospitals. It is clean and very well maintained - the secure garage parking is a great perk. Tina is very communicative and available for any issues. Highly recommend.

Philly weekend

We were in Philadelphia for the weekend and had a lovely day at this property. Parking on the property was excellent, and the apartment itself was very well appointed and super comfortable. We would highly recommend.

The condo was perfect in so many ways. Location: It was conveniently located to Penn Medicine where my daughter was having surgery. Also nearby was a grocery store. Security: knowing that no one could enter without a code brought peace of mind.The condo: very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was a washer and dryer along with detergent! Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. I could go on and on!Best of all: Tina! She was so helpful and quickly responded to my texts and even called when there was too much to text. She is the best! I highly recommend staying here!

University of Pennsylvania

A family member was having surgery at U of P medical center. My adult children and I stayed at the property and were able to walk to and from the hospital. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing! They were in contact with me from the beginning and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone looking to visit Philadelphia and specifically the University City section of the city.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and a great location. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There is a small grocery store within 2 blocks an easy walk. Plenty of nearby places to eat. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Philly Base Camp

We loved our stay. The owner was super communicative and very nice. The condo was relatively close to all the great things to do in Philly. It appears that the whole neighborhood is receiving upgrades so it will only become a better place to stay as time passes!

Fun location, excellent host

I had business with PennMed, and this location was an easy and enjoyable 1.3 mile walk. So many shops, eateries; great people watching opportunities. Tina immediately answered any of my texts or phone calls. She is wonderful to work with. Directions were accurate. Older images from google maps show how the building used to look. The building is now renovated; the neighborhood is in process. The apartment is lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice, clean home for our trip to Philly

We really enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Philly. The home looked exactly like the photos and was bright, fresh, and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the location made it easy for us to get to everything we wanted to see.

Birthday weekend

My wife and I along with friends came out to see DMB and experience other activities in the city. Nice area, lots of places to eat within a mile. Apartment was nice and clean. Roof access was very relaxing at night. The initial instructions to get the keys made me think I was on a scavenger hunt. Easy communication with the host. Would book again.
