This newly renovated head-turning 1920s cottage located in prime Atwater Village features thoughtful updates throughout. Enter into a light-filled living room with hardwood floors that flow into the dining room, renovated kitchen and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms and a cheerful full bathroom finish out the living space. Sliding doors lead out to the sizable back yard with an expansive lawn, patio dining and gas BBQ. Full size washer and dryer are located in the basement as well as a piano keyboard in the living room.

Nice bungalow

Perfect 2 bedroom, walkable to restaurants and shops in Atwater. The house has all the necessities and the property manager,Kerry , is great to work with.

Awesome

Perfect space for a few days for my husband and me. It has all the essentials, check in/out was easy, 2 bedroom space is fine.very clean. Only suggestion is that when traveling ( especially for an event/wedding) the bathroom could use better counter space for makeup and hair styling tools. Literally the only suggestion - not even a complaint. The neighborhood is walkable with a few good restaurants. Plan to stay there again.

Charming Cottage in great LA neighborhood

We loved this cottage! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Super easy checkin/checkout process. Bed was VERY comfortable, towels super fluffy and the front garden was a beautiful private spot to relax. Easy parking both on & off street. Walkable neighborhood with a few great eateries down the street. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit LA.

every consideration in this house. Wonderful back yard, kept neat as a pin. Could thin down paintings in the living room to just the one or two that give comfort. Very considerate host.

Attwater Village Bungalow

Cute little house, beautifully renovated in a wonderful walkable quiet neighborhood that is close to our favorite part of LA - Griffith Park, Los Feliz, Greek Theater and the Hollywood bowl. A variety of great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping within a short walk. The landscaping is beautiful and the outdoor spaces to sit are so nice in the front and backyard.

Perfect

This house is so sweet, clean and well equipped. It is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It rained for most of our week and we spent a lot of time in the house. It was comfortable and felt very homey. Atwater has good restaurants and there is a wonderful farmers market on Sunday morning. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Very nice little house!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great, walkable neighborhood, yet surprisingly quiet. House was clean and well-equipped for making meals and a good night's sleep. Communication with owner and manager was quick and very helpful.

Beautiful home in fabulous neighborhood

This house is the nicest that I have stayed in! The attention to detail and quality of furnishings throughout the house were all done to a very high spec. The kitchen was the best stocked that I've seen in a rental, I made a roast and baked bread in the oven with the equipment available. We stayed over the holidays and the large dining room table and the adjacent living room allowed us to gather together comfortably. The large backyard is flat and contains a big grill as well as seating for many. To top it off there were hummingbirds in the backyard. The front yard is beautifully landscaped and has Adirondack chairs for seating as well. Street parking is easy to find. The property manager allowed us early checkin and was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property!

Not terrible, but could be better.

Great location, close to Griffith Park, hiking, and many other LA points of interest. The home was nice, but could have used a bit more detail spent on cleaning. Cobb webs around the home, especially in the bathroom window above the shower, hair stuck along the bathroom walls from previous guests. Bed linens worn and slightly stained in both beds. Some furniture and other items showing some wear, along with couch pillows somewhat dingy. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets full of left over items. Did not seem well appointed in our opinion, felt more cluttered because it appeared like left over, half filled bottles from previous guests. Not items we felt comfortable using, especially in the bathroom. Backyard space lovely and spacious , but furniture not cleaned or maintained and full of webs and debris. Made it less inviting and we did not want to put the work into cleaning to comfortably use. There was also an issue with a long loud high pitch noise made by the plumbing each time the toilet was flushed. Host was already aware of the problem and will hopefully solve it prior to future guest stays. Overall not a terrible stay, but could have been better.

Great stay in LA!

What a charming house. Great neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Great experience with the owners and the most helpful checkin I’ve ever experienced.

Incredible stay

We recently had an amazing week stay at this property. It was just as displayed and better. Comfortable, clean, quiet, family neighborhood. Close to everything you will need. I enjoyed a daily walk in this neighborhood and felt extremely safe and secure. I highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!!

Poor hospitality

The house smelled very bad, it had roach traps in the bathroom too. The neighborhood was not what we expected neither. We left immediately and moved to a hotel. The owner refused refund our booking for the weekend.

Perfect SoCal stay

This was a great place to stay and have a comfortable night to cook dinner & relax. Also, there are so many walkable places for coffee and dinner, it was just perfect. Would love love love to stay here again in the future!

We are located two minutes from the trailheads in Griffith Park. With hiking trails, bike trails, a merry go round, picnic areas, pony rides and train rides for children, horseback riding, tennis courts, the Los Angeles Zoo, the Gene Autry Museum, two golf courses, the Greek theatre, and the Griffith Park Observatory, Griffith Park is the largest natural urban park in the world. We are walking distance to Los Feliz the home to a number of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, book stores and boutique shops.
We are in a residential area and don't have access to public transportation. We recommend you rent a car or use Uber/Lyft. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway as well as on the street.

The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and glassware.
Bedrooms have new high end mattresses adorned with designer sheets and pillows.
Bathroom has a large glass shower/tub with rain-head. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner are supplied along with a hairdryer.
Backyard BBQ and picnic table are perfect for dining al-fresco.
