You'll love this three bedroom Hickory Cove villa!

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you'll need to dine in. The dining room seats six. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family with an HDTV and slider access to your private deck. Completing the first floor is the large Primary suite with king bed, HDTV, secondary slider access to the private deck and an en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination.

Upstairs you'll find the remaining two guest bedrooms. One of the guest bedrooms has two queen beds, trundle bed, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination. The other guest bedroom has two queen beds and one twin bed, HDTV and yet another en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination.

The beach is accessed with a five minute bike ride!

Just what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience of the rental was overall good. The unit was as clean as I expected it to be. The outside grounds could use a little TLC before renters arrive, but other than that it was exactly what I expected. None of the clocks worked and the coffee machine constantly leaked from the bottom. Someone left out a box of roach killer which was not in good taste. Our last day there, we met a rather large palmetto bug (which looks like a huge roach) in our shower which grossed us out, but we were warned ahead if time, this was to be expected. Cable, internet all were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay in this condo. Had plenty of room for our big family. Love Hickory Cove, close enough to the beach to walk and the pool was great. The kitchen was equipped with anything you need to cook. We ran out of gas for the grill in the middle of cooking and maintenance swapped out our tank very quickly. The only complaint I would have is the humidity upstairs. One of the bedrooms constantly was damp (our clothes and bedding). And the tubs very slippery.

Great first time experience at Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in one of the rentals in Hickory Cove. The overall location of Hickory Cove in Palmetto Dunes can't be beat. Great access to the beach. The only negative of the stay was there was often a sulfur egg smell after using the water and one of the downstairs bathrooms. We were told that it was due to possibly the hot water tank not being used for awhile. That was the only thing that was a little concerning, and it did take a few phone calls to have someone look at the issue. Other than that, I would definitely look into staying at a Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront resort property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this villa was very nice. Palmetto Dunes is a great community we will stay in Hickory Cove again But our villa needs improvement. The furniture in the living room was not as advertised in the pictures. You need another sofa, coffee table, and another comfortable large chair. The window treatments in the bedrooms did not cover the glass completely. We felt exposed. The floors needed cleaning. The parking was great.

Wasn’t supposed to be this we were supposed to be right outside the lagoon much we wasn’t, the house stunk so bad and we were going to a wedding and I didn’t want to have all my clothes smell musty and moldy gross. There was food in the cupboard with all kinds of ants and bugs in it. The rug was all curled up for the little ones to fall over. And it needed a big thorough cleaning it wasn’t very nice I would never recommend it to anybody. The only thing that we did like it was a short walk to the beach they were true about that

Clean, roomy & great location!

Spent a week at this fabulous villa and will come back again for sure! Clean! Great for a family with 5 adults, plus 2 grandchildren. Plenty of beds and baths, kitchen fully stocked for lots of cooking, gas grill was great also! Only a 10 min walk to beach even with lots of gear, next door to the pool! Appliances worked perfectly and a/c was super cold!

Great location, but property dirty upon arrival.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in and communication process was great, really! We had a great time, but we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. I had to immediately scrub the floors as the bottoms of our feet (in shoes until we walked on the floors) were all black. I had to clean other areas of the kitchen from left over food residue, found hair strands in the utensil drawers, and a half eaten bag of popcorn in an upstairs drawer. I also had to wipe down the table before eating, so sticky. For future guests, I think the cleaning needs to be addressed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect floorplan and location

Fergvacation property manager was excellent with Pre-arrival info and help. Floorplan creates two “suites” which was great for the couple with baby. We used the kitchen a lot; the porch was great in the morning; beds were comfortable and super convenient to golf and tennis.

Great location on Hilton head

We had a great stay on Hilton head. Loved this property. The amount of beds worked great for our family. About 1/4 mile to beach. So walkable or bikeable. Loved the access to tennis and pickleball. Great location...about 15 -20 minutes to Harbour Town. We loved The Salty Dog, Crazy Crab was just ok. Could use hair dryers and new non-stick frying pans at this rental, but overall a great stay and a great experience
