Home Away from Home - Vacation Rental Beach Palms 306 is a Gold Tier Gulf Front third floor condo with a view of Gulf and our white sugar sand beach. Spacious Living area with contemporary décor.

Vacation rental 306 offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for making great meals at home. Two bedrooms and two full baths. The main bedroom and living room with adjoining patio. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations includes in the main bedroom a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a queen/twin bunk. Updated main bathroom has double sink vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. 306 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Beach Palms Resort amenities include Front desk NEXT DOOR for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grills, free assigned parking under building (ONE space only), TWO elevator systems, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Saturday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, RVs or boats.

Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and clean condo. Location is perfect! Beach is nice and pool is awesome! Our only complaint with this unit was that JC Resort Rental Co left us the wrong keys. When we called JC Resort for help, they acted like we were idiots who just werent using the key correct. We had to wait nearly an hour for someone to bring the correct keys to let us in as we were actually given the keys to a different building. We were also never given an elevator key which is required to use the elevator by the pool and parking spot. After the second day, we requested an elevator key and were told its not offered with this unit. Additionally the ice machine in the refrigerator does not work. We would highly recommend Beach Palms and their condos but were not pleased with the service offered by JC Resorts.

Family vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is a 10/10. Close to everything, beautiful views of the Gulf - very peaceful. All of the guests and residents were fabulous! So friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The condo was fully equipped and had everything we needed for the week. Parking was simple and covered, which was a big plus side with the 100 degree temperatures. The only true complaints I can make are regarding cleanliness - I felt that there was room for improvement here. Not a deal breaker, but could’ve been better. Overall, a wonderful place. We plan to book again in 2025.

Spacious and nice

LOVED location and view! Condo was very nice and clean ! Was way bigger than I expected ! Check in and check out super easy. Only 2 things that we didn’t like was the Water pressure in showers could’ve been better felt like rain drops and the parking situation is TIGHT good luck! We lucked out being able to park in guest spots because the assigned spot we couldn’t even get into

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to the Indian Shores area. The team at JC Resorts was awesome to work with both while planning and during our stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Our only negative was the guest bedroom. It is more suited for a place for kids to sleep. We are 3 ladies who have been traveling together for over 12 years. The guest room was very dark with no mirrors or place to do hair and makeup while someone else is using the bathroom. Other than that the property was wonderful and exactly as presented on line. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning and the sunset each evening. A fabulous trip! We look forward to returning. We are already working with the JC Resort team to locate another unit more suited to our needs.

Beautiful direct ocean and beach view

Roomy and cozy setting for our family of 5 adults. Hearing the ocean breeze each night was memorable. Sand dollars galore on the morning beach walks. Overall the condo was clean. You’ll need to bring your own beach towels, luckily the management company loaned us some. Water pressure in each shower is terrible due to the rain style shower head. Cabinets, counters and dishes needed a full scrubbing prior to use. I have recommended this condo to many and I would stay again! The Mgmt company was a delight to work with. The ladies were patient.

Reviewer Comments: The condo and view were exactly as was very clean but we did encounter a lot of issues.Paper thin walls.Could hear people talking and dragging furniture across the floors all hours of the day and sometimes past took hours to do a load of wash and for clothes to dry.The cable tv was not set up which meant waiting for them to come out.Had to ask for more than one key and beach towels. Most important look at all the extra fees!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this unit worked out fine for us. Could it use some improvements? Sure. Cleaning crew prior to visit did decent job on all except floors. Floors (tile) were like mopped with dirty water. We initially thought kitchen was without butter knives, but two days into the stay they were found on thin top rack of dishwasher that we didn’t know existed. Curtains in bedrooms need blackout backing or install faux wood blinds to be able to sleep in past sunrise. Too bright as things are currently. Also, secondary room that has multiple beds needs a room light to be controlled from a wall switch as you walk on. Sliding door is a very nice, thick, heavy door, but it’s nearly impossible to open and close due to the way it drags at bottom.Furniture was nice. Everything was in good working shape (other than sliding door). AC worked well. Location was good with nice oceanfront views.The staff managing this unit (over at Sand Dollar next door) are amazing! Holly, Annette, and others are always great people and willing to help!

Excellent Sunset Views

The condo was updated, clean, bright and attractive. Late check-in worked fine. Master bed was a bit soft but not bad. Had plenty of bath towels but beach towels would be a plus! Seating on the balcony for 3 as you can’t fit 4 chairs around all 4 sides of the table. Higher, smaller table and chairs to see over the balcony rail would be a plus to see the beautiful unobstructed sunset views. Good AC. Fairly quiet building. Not many on the beach during first week of November. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Girls trip

2nd stay at beach palms. Good location. Condo was clean but needs more kitchen supplies. Also weather turned and pool was chilly. Property manager was prompt with response but was not happy that they wouldn’t turn on heater until November.

Beautiful Unit - But Bug Problem!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! The upgrades throughout the unit were exceptional and we loved the gulf front view! The AC worked great! I would have rated this unit with five stars, however, there was a roach problem in this unit. We reached out to JC Resort Management near the beginning of our stay and were assured pest control would come out that day. Pest control showed up more than 24 hours later and we still saw quite a few roaches throughout the kitchen after their visit. In the paperwork when you first check-in, it states in all capitalization that pest control comes once a month on the Beach Palms property (third Friday of every month) to every unit. This would have been right before our stay, but there were still large amounts of roaches in the kitchen. We also discovered a ton of sand in the guest bedroom queen bed when we first arrived. When we checked out, there was no apology from JC Management about the bug infestation - just excuses as to why they are hard to get rid of. If the bug situation was remedied, we would definitely stay in this unit again! Until then, we may have to look elsewhere.

Balcony overlooking beach, easy beach & pool access. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Perfect!

So happy we chose to stay here. Everything about the condo, the view, perfect! Delivery from grocery was easy. Trolley wasn't as frequent as we'd hoped, so walked to a few places before deciding to rent a car. Rental Cabanas on the beach were reasonable. One elevator was broken, but really wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend!
