Enjoyable stay

Great time had by all. Cabin is dated showing some distress from age or shifting of mountain. Doors close but many fail to be capable of locking for privacy, tap water has an odor and taste issue but we purchsed drinking water. Best part is we were all together. View is calming..

Beautiful view in the mountains of TN

Nice cabin with plenty of room for 8-10 people. Game room in the basement was fun and the porches had great views. Didn't use the hot tub cuz the weather was hot already and didn't look the best. Otherwise, the rest of the cabin was great.

Amenities not working. Maintenance staff rude

Hot tub did not work. Check in process was a nightmare, house was not clean and released to us until after 4 PM check-in time. Maintenance staff on side by side ATV are incredibly rude. They go way over the posted speed limit of 15 mph. We stopped them to talk about speeding with kids around. Just an incredibly rude and unhappy individual.

Cabin review

Amazing views. Peaceful neighborhood, excellent place to enjoy nature and rest. The best choice to share with family. The cabin is spacious, rooms are very well distributed, with enough towels and blankets. The kitchen has enough implements to cook. We stayed four incredible nights and we were all comfortable and at ease. The only things that I would like to change, if possible, are related to the hygiene of the bathrooms, carpets and the fabric of the furniture. They need a deep cleaning because with the continuous use the dirt is noticeable and it tarnishes the splendor of such a beautiful cabin.

I'll start with the good first- The home is very large. Each bathroom has a jacuzzi bath tub, large kitchen and dining room. Clean towels and sheets. The biggest con was the water and hot tub. When we arrived my kids wanted to get in the hot tub. We lifted the top and I stuck my hand in, it was very slimy. When we went to shower, as soon as we turned the water on we smelled a strong aroma of bleach. I put my hand under the water and it was slick, like gallons of bleach had been poured in the water. Otherwise, the location was neat and the sunrise in the upstairs bedroom was amazing!

Great Time

The cabin was great. Somethings do need to be addressed. The lock was broken on the window in the bedroom on the main floor that my children were sleeping in and my four year old opened it. There were some centipedes in the bathroom tub on the bottom floor. The lock was broken on the garbage bin and the bear got into it. Those were the only issues. However overall the cabin was clean and welcoming and we really did enjoyed our stay!

Family Trip in Tennessee

The experience with the family was Great! However, I was a bit sidetracked when I had to call for the address and directions to the cabin the day before our departure. Apparently the copy of my drivers license was too dark and they needed another copy. I hadn’t received a call prior to that day so I was unaware that there were any issues. Outside of that hiccup, everything else was good! The kids had a blast in the jacuzzi/jet tubs in the bathroom. The tubs that worked inside were put to use, however there were several tubs that didn’t work. The playroom was a hit! The kids were down in the playroom having the time of there lives! The adults enjoyed the fireplace inside the cabin! The view was beautiful with and without snow fall. It was a great experience. The rooms upstairs however, got pretty cold in the middle of the night with the heat on. The playroom was also a bit nippy at times as well. They cabin was equipped to accommodate all 16 of us! There were more than enough linens and towels. They provided complimentary hand & body soap and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. It was a great experience & we look forward to visiting again!

Good Location and Spacious

Cabin itself was laid out very well, there is a lot of room. Does need a little TLC, excessive dust on a lot of things. Cabin only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, for a cabin that sleeps 22? Stove does not work properly or at all, definitely need to upgrade refrigerator (again for the amount of people the cabin holds, it is very small, stove, and dishwasher. Queen bedroom mattresses were firm but comfortable, linens were clean, but only a sheet and thin quilt is provided. King size bedroom mattresses are sinking horribly. Thermostat locations are odd in the cabin, one on main floor with fireplace stayed warm so it would not turn on, which controls the bottom floor. Upstairs would be almost 80 degrees, middle/main level around 73, bottom floor remained around 60 degrees. Overall I would rate the cabin as a 3 due to things listed above. Check in and check out was very easy, and friendly personnel. Would consider staying here if some things were updated.
