OUR CONDO IS A Upgraded ONE BEDROOM AT SEAWATCH (see pics). This one bedroom includes a full kitchen. This condo has a balcony right over the pool overlooking the beach. You will heard the ocean waves at night and see the sunrise in the morning.

Additional charges for more than 3 persons ( most weeks)

Sea Watch has 8 ev charging stations in our parking garage.

Bordering the most popular stretch of coastline in South Carolina, this mega resort will turn your Myrtle Beach vacation into an unforgettable adventure. With 22 bodies of water on site, you may need extra towels! You’ll find 5 outdoor swimming pools, 2 indoor pools, 2 lazy rivers, infant pools and 11 hot tubs, just to name a few!

Of course, Myrtle Beach is famous for its beaches with over 60 miles of surrounding water ways available to you directly outside of Sea Watch Resort doors. When you are ready to dry off, discover one of the numerous daily activity programs for children, teens and adults, work up a sweat in the fully-equipped fitness center, catch up on some e-mails with complimentary wireless Internet access or enjoy a cocktail at the poolside Tiki bar.

Oceanfront Resort with Lots of Water Play. Sea Watch is located on Sea Watch Drive between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. It’s one of our larger Myrtle Beach resorts with three villa complexes, two towers and a huge selection of water-based amenities and activities. If you prefer a big property with lots to do on site and off, this resort would be a great choice for you.

This one bedroom includes full kitchen and a king size bed with a sleeper sofa. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. (see Pics)

The condo does not have a washer/dryer. Sea Watch has a laundry room for your use.

The first (VRBO # 3704899ha) is a gorgeous 3 BR/2BA end unit and one of the most sought after units at Seawatch because it is closest to the beach and overlooks the large pool. There are ocean views from just about everywhere. The unit has 2 balconies, a fully stocked kitchen, W/D and sleeps ten. See the listing for photos and reviews. The unit books a year in advance.

The second (VRBO # 213981ha) is a spacious 3BR/2BA Penthouse Unit with 2 balconies, one of which is oversized which lets us place a full size picnic table, many chairs, and a chaise lounge on the balcony. Unit was extremely clean with a great view these two things are most important to us. The communication between us and the hosts were outstanding. Our trip was scheduled right after hurricane Debby passed through the area. He kept us informed of any issues which thankfully was none. Easy access to beach and to where we parked. Also close to the elevator super convenient. We have nothing but good to say about this unit and its owners.

Our unit was in excellent shape and the location was perfect. All amenities in the unit worked great. Dave and Lila made the check in process very easy. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here in Myrtle Beach! The room was very clean and well-stocked. Dave and Lila are amazing hosts and provide a lot of little extras you don't normally get on vacation (beach towels, sand chairs, umbrella) as well as trash bags, paper towels, TP, etc. The facility is also really nice with pools, hot tubs, sun deck, poolside bar, live music, Starbucks and ice cream shop, just to name a few. Highly recommend!

Clean, well equipped condo in good location
The unit was as described. This was the third different Sea Watch unit that my wife and I have stayed in the past few years and it was by far the cleanest. The communication with Dave prior to arrival and after our departure was excellent. The keyless entry was a real plus and saved time upon arrival and departure. We did not experience any problems during our stay and will certainly try to reserve this unit the next time we travel to Myrtle Beach.

You couldn’t ask for a better pool and ocean view than this. From the check in to check out, Dave and Lila was responsive to our needs. Everything was as pictured. The only thing that wasn’t evident from the pictures and description is the outside door opens into bedroom. But bed was very comfortable and we both slept well.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Condo is clean, updated and very well maintained. The oceanfront balcony overlooks pool and Tikki bar. We spent most days at the pool as resort had daily activities as well as DJ/music. Beach access right off pool made it easy to jump between pool and ocean. Great hosts - Dave and Lila made us feel welcome and greeted us with keys upon arrival. They were very hospitable and had a bottle of wine waiting in the room. Highly recommend this rental.

Why they chose this property


This upgraded North Tower Condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Also, the condo is on the 4th floor and close to the elevator for convenience. You over look the pool area and tiki bar and see the beach and ocean at the same time. People love it!!

What makes this property unique

We did a major upgraded in 2018. We installed new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new granite countertops. We installed new lights and hardware. We painted the condo and added a new refrigerator. Freshly painted in 2020.
