Loved it!

This place is fantastic. It was beautiful and comfortable. The location is amazing, right next to the river and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and had every amenity we could think of. Master bed was comfortable and our kids slept great on the two pull outs. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family. Only thing I would suggest is a couple of more extra pillows for the pull out beds.

Ski Weekend Stay

The apartment was great. The directions for parking and accessing the unit were easy to follow. The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed, it was also decorated nicely. It is downtown with food and shopping on the same block. Would stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

My partner and I were looking for a quiet little getaway, and this place did not disappoint. The modern appliances with the retro decor was absolutely beautiful. Everything we could have needed, we were able to find within the home. The owners did a great job of ensuring everything was well stocked, and comfortable. Any directions we needed with how to operate something was easily laid out. We loved this place so much and will absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Salida!

Fantastic Place

We celebrated my wife’s 75th birthday and this place was outstanding. This added to our celebration. I loved the way it was decorated with items I grew up with. What a great place to stay!!! We will be back soon to this beautiful gem.

Perfect Stay!

This may be the best place we have ever booked. It was clean, gorgeous, quiet, and at the perfect location for walking downtown Salida. Our 3-year-old loved that there were puzzles and games for her and toy cars. My only warning would be if you are planning to use the sofa bed— it was very creaky/lumpy/uncomfortable. Everything else (including the actual bed upstairs) was perfection and I have already recommended this spot to several friends!

Spectacular birthday weekend

This is a splurge-worthy unit within walking distance to Salida’s historic downtown. Steps from the Arkansas river & great food. Very well stocked. Stayed cool during the day, I don’t think the AC unit ever kicked on - slept with windows open & it was quiet.

Beautiful Property!

We loved this unit! It's perfect for a couple or family. It was just me and my husband. Had everything we needed and was spotless which was great because I'm a clean freak! Also owner responded immediately to a question I had before we left to go there. She also let me know we were able to check in early which was awesome! Everything was right out your door. One of the best places we've ever stayed!!

Great historic condo!

Historic location with a condo that beautifully captures the sense of antique and modern. Comfortable, stylish, and just all around vibe of today as well as a long time long ago. Fantastic location in the center of historic Salida and adjacent to the Arkansas River.

Perfect location

My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend, and had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to enjoy downtown Salida. It is a a short walk to anything in town. The interior is decorated adorably, and everything was super clean! Only suggestion would be better pillows upstairs. Alli was very accommodating and always available. We would definitely come stay again!

Great place in heart of Salida!

Stayed here over Presidents' day weekend, and one of the best places we've stayed at. Lower level has a ton of space and everything was very well appointed. Loft is huge and beds were very comfortable. Unit is right in the middle of Salida and easy to walk to restaurants and even the grocery store. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and close to everything!

We were very comfortable in this beautifully outfitted apartment that put us just steps from everything the downtown historic area had to offer: restaurants, art galleries, unique and fun shops, brew pubs, a distillery, and more. We also took the short drive to Monarch Mountain ski area for great downhill skiing and another day found wonderful xc ski territory. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs was also a short drive away. The apartment was perfect for me & my husband. If privacy isn’t a concern, the 2 sofa beds would be very suitable for additional guests. The parking space and private fenced patio area are big perks to this apartment.

A perfect place!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. A great location and so much space. Loved how clean and comfortable it was. Easy to access and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so soon! The upstairs bath has been updated since the photos and is even better now.

A perfect weekend

We came to celebrate our 38th anniversary and we were NOT disappointed. Here's what we loved: - The instructions for getting parked and into the room were easy to follow - not even a spelling error. - The location is perfect. - You're right by the river and all the food and shops on F st. - The home is well lit, perfectly decorated, and comfortable. - The BED! AWESOME! - The kitchen? Even the knives were sharp. The negatives? NONE! We loved everything about the stay. Would stay there again!

Downtown Hideaway

Tucked into the downtown scene without noise or traffic. We needed a place for a couple of nights before the rest of our group arrived. This was the perfect little retreat that afforded easy downtown access. Comfortable and chic. The hosts have thought of everything.

Super cool spot

We had a wonderful time in Salida and at this historic loft. Location couldn’t be better, and the loft couldn’t be cooler. We never got in the car, just walked around the town and enjoyed the river. We wished we could have stayed longer. By far our favorite place we’ve stayed in Colorado. Kids loved playing with the cars and reading the books. Loved the decor and just everything about the place! Definitely want to come back.

Great Location in Salida

Very clean, modern, and decorated nicely. We could not beat the location. Right downtown and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and the river. Great spot for a few days.
