Everything about this property from the upkeep to the management is HORRIBLE.When we arrived, there was an overwhelming scent from the candles and air fresheners. This was to mask the moisture of the unit and that everything is wet. The bedding, towels, linens....There is rust throughout the unit, as well as mold other other moisture-related damage all outdoors.No less than 2 hours of getting settled in, we went to take showers and discovered that the unit had no hot water. I made every attempt to reach the property manager and received no reply via phone, WhatsApp, or through the VRBO app. Upon arrival, we were made aware of so many concerns that are not part of the property description:We booked this property to enjoy the pool and the outdoor dining set but were told that under no circumstance were we to eat or drink outside since it is adjacent to the pool. In fact, there are cameras set up with warnings about fines that would be imposed per occurrence.You would think in a luxury unit, that the restrooms would be typical...Well it was like being on a boat where you are not allowed to flush anything including the toilet paper. This is NOT Typical for a land-based property, and the odor was horrendous. We were told on our welcome email that there were restrictions on the A/C which made it too warm to sleep. In addition, the sound of the A/C was the equivalent to a jet plane. The management was non-responsive and were forced to relocate the next day.
