Perfect for a Bachelorette Party

We used this VRBO for a bachelorette party. The host was very responsive when I had questions, and the house was perfect for our group of 6. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for our group's vibe. Location was great so close to Williams Bay and only about a 10-15 minute drive to Lake Geneva's Main Street.

Great Stay at the Bay (House)

Great relaxing spot for a few days away from home. Can't wait to be back in the nice weather to enjoy the outdoors. Super comfy beds, good shower pressure and great restaurants within walking distance. Me, mom, daughter and the pups had a great time!

Comfortable Home, Amazing Location

My husband, our dog, and I truly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. The location is perfect, close to Lake Geneva and Fontana while being able to walk to many Williams Bay attractions. This is a great place to relax and get out of the city. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Guest and Stay Expereince!

What a fabuloius lake cottage! We loved the close-to-everything location, well thought out design and decor, and the super cool history of the place itself. We loved the big, covered front porch with porch swing, and the cozy vibe in the living area too. The host was awesome at communicating with us and any questions we had. We would for sure stay again!

Family trip

House was clean, 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Loved the front porch dining table and house had a variety of games- scrabble, uno, cards etc. also had lots of baby toys and dolls my daughter had fun playing with. Has lots of pans and cooking utensils, as well as a propane grill but Did not have any salt or basic spices. Fire pit was nice and they had marshmallow roasting sticks. Was a nice home base and good space when we had a rainy day that we were all still able to enjoy together

The Bay House is so charming!

The Bay House was wonderful- so charming! The front porch is the perfect place to relax/enjoy a meal, and the beautiful plants. The bedrooms were perfectly sized for our 2 daughters. There is a wonderful ice cream shop just steps away from the house. And less than 10 minute walk to get to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Winter ski stay

Cute small place that can accommodate a good size group. We went to ski at Alpine and it was a perfect locations close to everything. Only downside is 1 bathroom for so many people and no dryer or washer. Other than that, holly was great and the place was stocked and we even got to check in early. Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful

The property was nice. Key pad was easy to use and straight forward. Everything we needed was waiting for us. The porch out front was our favorite spot! We sat out there for hours with coffee or drinks and just enjoyed the surroundings! Beds were comfortable. Overall a really nice place!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our short getaway to Williams Bay! The home is in a great location to walk to the lake, restaurants, ice cream, etc. we were able to easily get around with our stroller and two young kids. Also an easy drive to Geneva/ the dancing horse theater/ the animal safari. The house itself is very nicely decorated with a great front porch. We gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because I think we stayed after some type of party: we were finding gold confetti everywhere.

Great location, difficult check-in

The property is in a great location, the beds are comfortable, house is clean. Check-in process was unreasonably difficult and involved going to the woman who lives on the other connected side of the house. Property manager provided 1 beach pass for our troubles (there were 4 of us). Not a great start to the vacation. Luckily we were using the house for overflow guests for a larger family reunion so we were not there much.

Girls weekend!

I took my 19 year old daughter and 70 year old mother to Lake Geneva for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday. This is the cutest little house located about 10 minutes from the town of Lake Geneva in a village called Williams Bay (still on the lake). Pictures are accurate. The street is quiet, but you can walk two blocks to the ice cream parlor, spa, grocer, gas station, the lake, and a few restaurants. After spending an entire day in the town of Lake Geneva shopping, walking on the lake, etc. it was awesome to get away from all the people and come home to our quiet little retreat. We each had our own bedroom. The one bathroom was easy to share and nicely updated. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed (and we ate all but one meal here). The bonus was the adorable front porch where we ate dinner every night and played games as well. The tree out front was in full bloom and it was a beautiful view. Holly, the owner, couldn’t be more pleasant and was very responsive. The caretaker for the property, Phyllis, lives in the adjoining apartment, but we never had to bother her and wouldn’t have even known she was there. I’ve had several VRBO experiences, and this one is near the top of the list. If you’re looking to check out Lake Geneva, skip the expensive hotels there and stay at the Bay House. You won’t regret it!
