Great property, great condo in great location. First time to Perdido Key. Condo was best we have ever stayed at. Well furnished, everything worked, perfect for our whole family.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent location for a family beach vacation. Easy beach access and limited crowds. Pool was a hit with the grandkids! Additional chairs and beach toys provided by owner in unit closet came in very handy for all to use. Kitchen well appointed with all necessary accessories. View from balconies was breathtaking. Best condo we have every utilized on the beach!

Loved it!

The condo was amazing. We had three generations in our group and the condo was great for all ages. Beach was beautiful. Property owner was excellent to communicate with. We loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo on the 4th floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean! This was the first condo we have stayed at that had enough seating for our family in the balcony. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 10. Mr Chuck Cadden (owner) was extremely nice and very easy to work with. He made sure everything was perfect for our week! We look forward to staying here again! The Norwood Family

Wonderful Stay!

401 was a beautiful unit with a phenomenal view! We loved the well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! This puzzle loving family finished 5 of the puzzles there- and left one for others to enjoy! Thank you for a week full of wonderful memories!

Perfect family vacation location!

The condo was very clean and nice! Everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of sitting room for people to be together. The views were gorgeous! The check in and out was easy and contact free. Owner answered all questions, very efficient. We had never stayed in Perdido Key before but it is a nice quiet place to vacation and only a few miles from Florabama as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

Perfect place for our family vaca

The owner, Chuck, is outstanding communicator - couldn’t ask for better experience. He handles his own property and it shows, down to the small things that make your stay so comfortable. We have returned several years. & it is always great. Unlike many beach properties, it is not crowded. Both indoor and outdoor pools & hot tubs are always spotless. The outdoor pool has walk-in/zero entry, particularly easy for little ones (grands) and mobility challenged (me). The walk to the beach is relatively short, making it more doable for all age groups. The unit itself is spacious, rooms are well equipped, and there is plenty of room to spread out. The wrap-around balconies provide additional living space. Kitchen is so well equipped, if you need it, Chuck has probably provided it. We take turns cooking, and always find all needed kitchen equipment. Looking forward to returning 2022!

Social Distancing vacay

This was just what we needed during This time of Covid 19 - bedrooms had their own bath, living area was spacious, loved the panoramic views and the beach was not crowded! Overall great stay.

Great beach retreat

Condo was beautiful and perfect for family,. Very roomy inside but favorite part of condo was the sitting area on balcony. Kitchen has everything you might need. Building is away from other condos making it easy to social distance. Chuck was great about answering all my questions. Hope to return soon.

Family vacation

The condo was beautiful and accommodating for the 10 of us. It had everything we needed to make our meals in the room. We were able to have family dinners in the balcony. The pool was huge and clean. The beach is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebrations

My family loves staying at the Mirabella Condos in Perdido Keys, Florida. We could not have ask for a more beautiful beach resort to relax, unwind, & celebrate a week full of birthdays. . The condo has enough room for us all to be together or space to do your own thing when you want. There was never a shortage of Good Food or Fun. Thanks for the Memories.

Beautiful Condo and Wonderful Location

Our family (6 adults and 2 children) shared a wonderful week in Perdido Key at this wonderful condo. The condo lacked for nothing...view from condo magnificent! We spent several evenings on the balcony enjoying the evening sunsets. Everything we needed was within close proximity to the condo. Swimming pool was great for the children and the adults loved the beautiful beach. Chuck responded immediately to any questions we had before our arrival. We definitely will return for another family vacation!

Amazing property!!

This property is simply amazing! We had 8 people in our group and there was enough room for everybody. We never felt like we were crowded at all. We had a fantastic week and this property is excellent. Chuck was super and made sure we had everything we needed, and he is very quick to respond. You cannot go wrong with this property. The private beach area and pools were never crowded! The balcony area is one of the best places on the beach!

Number One!!!

The Number One place to stay on Perdido Key! My family has been vacationing in Perdido Key for 20+ years and you will not find a better place to stay. Beach is amazing....NOT crowded like other condos!! Big plus! Chuck, the owner, is terrific and always goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.

First Time Snowbirds

Lucky to have found this place. Stayed the month of Feb. 2016, our first long tern rental and could not have gone better. Pictures do not do justice to the great view and size of the living area. Perdido Key seems more relaxed and easier to get around than on west where you must deal with more traffic on 4 lanes. And, the condo is close to Joe Patti's seafood and the Naval Museum. Chuck apparently has lots of repeats, so better get it quick if an open condo date fits your travel plans. Looking forward to our return stay next year!

Best condo on Beach

This is the best condo on the beach. Our family enjoyed the time we spent there this summer. This beautiful condo has plenty of room to accommodate our family comfortably. We enjoyed the spacious balcony which had wonderful view. We love Perdido beach and Mirabella is the best condo in our opinion. Would highly recommend this unit for a relaxing enjoyable vacation on the gulf.

Family Vacation

Chuck, just wanted to drop a line and let you know that my wife Carol & I along with her daughter & our grandkids had a WONDERFUL time last week. You have a beautiful home which added so much to making it an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing week ! This is, without a doubt……..the BEST place we have ever stayed at during all the years we have been spending our summer vacations in Florida !
