Our goal is to ensure our guests feel as " at home" as possible while staying with us. We take great pride in creating a positive guest experience which is why we provide complimentary Wifi, and all basic essentials!

We are available 24/7 via phone, text, email or AirBnb message system during guests stays to answer any questions or concerns.

Our main priority is the comfort of all of our guests, that's why we are proud to offer complimentary wifi, a fully equipped kitchen to create all of your favourite meals, and a Smart TV so you can watch your favourite movies while overlooking the city lights!

Short walk to major Bus Routes, taxi service is available around the clock in Winnipeg.

If you’re making a last-minute booking and plan to arrive on the same day, please be aware that our check-in time may be delayed until approximately 7 pm. This is because our dedicated cleaning company requires sufficient time to thoroughly clean the unit before your stay. We appreciate your patience as we prepare the space for your arrival. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to hosting you!


*In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, masks are required to be worn in all public areas of the building. During this time, access to the gym and any common lounges will be unavailable.*

*We provide a Smart TV, which is for streaming online videos. You can use it to log into your video streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube or Amazon prime with your own subscription. We do not offer cable or regular TV channels.

*Check-out instructions:

-Please check all drawers and closets for any personal belongings. Check the washing machine and dryer.

-Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and please start it before your departure.

-Please make sure to leave the key fob and/or keys where you found upon arrival (counter or lockbox). Failure to return them will result in a $200.00 fee that will be applied to your account.

-Please take out your garbage, refer to the welcome book for location if you are unsure. The garbage chute is closed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer.

-Remove all linens from the beds and leave in the corner of the bedroom with all towels.

-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure.

Early check-in Requests:
Early check-in requests need to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your checkin time (4 pm) during business days (Monday to Friday). The early check-in request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If it is requested after that time, we will we will need to charge a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the $100 request fee.
Late check-out and Extension Requests:
Late check-out requests and extension requests need to be confirmed at least 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am)during business days (Monday to Friday). The late check-out request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If your request is confirmed within 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am), we will need to charge you a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the rent/late checkout fees.

In town for a wedding

This unit is all about location! Walk inside to Browns Social House, or Timmy's in the morning for a coffee. We walked to a market on Hargrave. We walked to a bakery at Portage and Maryland, and back past the Legislative Building. On the car, just 5 minutes to the Fort Gary Hotel. The wedding was at Ralph Connor House- which is outstanding to see- but was 8 minutes and $10 by Uber. This location was just so convenient! Our fellow travelers, from Toronto said they will book here next time. The only drawback would be walking anywhere at night. Take the car.

Dirty & Smelly!

Honestly, it got the job done and so does sandwich in a vending machine. Dirty, smelly, windows where dirty inside and out as it’s the “glasshouse”. The reason for renting was the walk in shower for my father, which was ok and central location because we where going north, south and all over downtown, but it really was underwhelming in all. No place to drop off or pick due to bicycle lane, which not the apartments fault but I was a huge hassle and multi story parking lot would allow for multiple day parking, had to park down the block which was hassle. Check in and out details where odd to sufficient!

Vacationing with my elderly mother

The condo was clean and very well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. No parking with this unit but Indigo parkade is right next door so, while a little pricey was still a good place to park. We had really only two concerns; on checking in, we were unable to get the code pad to operate. We had contacted our host through the VRBO messaging as well as phoning. No one was replying or returning our calls. As It was starting to get late and I was with my 86 year old mother, we were on the verge of going and renting a hotel room when a security guard came along and HE was somehow able to reach the host. WHEN USING THE CODE PAD; touch only the bottom left hand corner to light up the key pad. Not the best area if wanting to just stroll the streets, but certainly near all entertainment. Over all we did enjoy our stay.

Great space and close to many places

Good space for a couple of people to relax and stay when on holidays or travelling. Using Uber or Instacart is easy, building is secure and close walking to many stores, markets etc. Blackout blinds in bedrooms would be helpful as the city is bright and morning sun is bright. Bring sleep eye covers if light bothers you when sleeping. Building is pretty soundproof so even though you are on main road it's pretty quiet inside the unit. Good layout inside and comfortable. We extended our stay because we liked it so much! Owners were great with communication and check-in/check-out process was very simple. Extra blankets may be needed, we stayed in summer and AC needed to be on to cut down humidity so I was a bit cold at night. Threw my bed cover in dryer to heat it up at bit which helped! Will soon need new pillows as current ones were a bit lumpy. Lots of hangers which was great so we could hang our clothing. Good assortment of dishes/cookware for your basic cooking. Very comfortable overall, thank you!
