This beautiful and spacious vacation villa with private back yard features 3 bedrooms plus 2.5 baths has a casual elegance throughout that includes central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WiFi, Sun Room and deck. Bear Trap Dunes offers amazing amenities such as indoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sport court, playgrounds, a clubhouse with restaurant and a convenient in-season beach shuttle service. Convenient location is just three miles to Bethany Beach, so you are only a short ride away from sinking your toes in the sand! If using the amenities (optional) guest must pay weekly community recreation fee of $65.00 per person ages 4 and up using the Bear Trap app. Dog Friendly (No Cats!) Less than 30lbs with $200 per fee.
