Wrap yourself in luxurious, modern comfort at Wildwood Suites 204. This truly stunning 1 bedroom condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people with a separate bedroom with queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the ability to cook home cooked meals while on vacation in the nicely remodeled full size kitchen. Step out onto the balcony and listen to the tranquil sounds of the creek in the summer. There's a nice size grassy area right out back that has picnic tables and community barbecue grills. Soak in the community hot tub and relax after the day's adventures on the mountain.

Enjoy ski in and out access in the winter with the Snowflake ski lift being only about a 5 minute walk on foot and return to the complex via the Four O'clock ski run right at Sawmill Rd but there is also a free shuttle bus stop close by. Easy walking access to town as well. The condo has a flat screen TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. Wildwood Suites 204 will be a condo you'll want to return to year after year. One parking spot is permitted for a 1 bedroom condo. Electric Vehicle Charging Station available onsite.

Wildwood Suites

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location for this property is perfect. It is walking distance to town. Bus and lift access are a 5 minute walk + you have the ability to ski back to the property. The only disappointment was after we arrived wefound out the washer/dryer access was not available. We were staying for two weeks and did not have a car so we had to pack our clothes and walk to the local laundry 5 blocks away - they charged 3X more/load. Also, the stairs should have been shoveled after the snow storm.

Great condo and convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, which was as advertised. It was clean and had enough room for a family of four. A bit of a hike to Snowflake chair with gear on but convenient location nonetheless and a short walk to Main St. The staff at Breckenridge Resort Managers were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would come again!

Long weekend get away

Property was as described. Great location to town and to the ski slopes. My only issue was that the hot tub was not clean, but notified rental company and they were responsive.

It was a good size for a couple but would be tight for more. The best thing about it was the great location, only a 5 minute walk to Main Street. Very quiet and comfortable. Only negatives were lack of storage space and poor lighting in apartment.

Ski condo

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and perfect for me and my grown son. I would however think it be too small for more than 3 especially with all the ski gear. Property managers checked-in with me during the stay and my one request for a humidifier was quickly delivered. My only concern is the lack of lighting around the property at night made navigating the snow and ice difficult. Otherwise a great little condo in a great area

Perfect Breckenridge Home Base

It's a quick walk to the Snowflake lift and the gondola, you can exit the 4 O'Clock trail in the condo's parking lot, and it's also just a quick walk to town. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Linens were crisp. Plenty of hooks for ski gear. Absorbent rugs for wet boots. Laundry in the building. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay. Great location and only about 150 meters walk to snowflake lift but ski in when come back. We will come back next time. Communication with the property manager is smooth. They answered emails instantly.

Pleasant condo

We really enjoyed the stay. It’s a little bit of a hike with gear to get to the gondola or lift, but the convenience off the 4 o clock is really nice. Short walk to town. comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Wonderful mountain stay

The condo was as advertised. Convenient to get to the lifts in the morning and easy to ski back to at the end of the day. Close to Main Street to avoid having to drive when you want to walk around Breck. All in all an awesome stay.
