You will smile as soon as you open the door to this retro fitted apartment in Drummoyne. Bathed in north-eastern sunlight, the master bedroom comes with Queen Bed and the second bedroom has Double bed with Single bunk bed above. All quality bed linens and towels are provided. New bathroom is complete with full size bath, shower and basin. Seperate WC and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equiped with electric induction stove top, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. All kitchen cookware and utensils provided. A dedicated work space comes with FREE Wi-fi and there is plenty of FREE, unrestricted street parking in direct vicinity to apartment building. The polished floating floors throughout and leafy outlook from north- east facing balcony finish your apartment interior.

A short walk to the bottom of the street will take you along Sydney Harbour's famous water- front walks with flat walking tracks; great for relaxing after a long day at work or fantastic for the kids wanting to burn off some energy on their scooter, bike or a climb and swing at Taplin Park Playground!

Head to Sydney CBD, Sydney University, Macquarie University and UTS via express busses in just minutes and enjoy local Drummoyne cafes, restaurants, gourmet shopping at Harris Farm or discounts galore at Birkenhead Point Shopping Mall!
