LOCATION: The Luzianne by Roami is located in the Central Business District and is a quick 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants New Orleans has to offer.

The Space:
The Luzianne is conveniently located next to all the places you want to be in the Big Easy, 10 minutes from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter, and five minutes away from Lafayette Square. This makes the Luzianne the perfect place to stay for work or play.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed and 2 guests on a sofa bed. 1 Smart TV is located in the living room. See bed count below.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has a washer and dryer in each unit. The property also has a lobby.

PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, 4 towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.

TRIP RUINED AND NO RESOLUTION

Walked in and met the property owner which was a really nice guy so I thought the trip would go great. Slept in the first night and the next day discovered a mouse in the bed! Called and the only support I got was somebody coming by to set traps. No other place was available on site and I was offered a place at another property but it had no AC…

Amazing!

The property was in a safe, professional neighborhood. It’s a half mile to Smoothie King and The Superdome and about the same to the French Quarter. The property is a “loft” in the city. We loved it. It was clean and comfortable and it had a lot of old building character.

Our stay at Roami

Vrbo was nice but the people upstairs were loud at times. The shower head needs replaced an the apartment was a little dusty but other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Just Great!

This was a nice unit in a quiet building. Everything worked wonderfully. Easy walking to the French Quarter and to the WWII museum - and a bunch of really good restaurants. Loved it!

Great spot to stay. Awful customer service.

Property was clean and as listed. My biggest issue was with check in. On hold for over 20 mins. Check in delayed over an hour and half. App/website for online check-in was also glitchy and malfunctioning.

Great apartment in a great location

We spent Thanksgiving week in New Orleans, and were very pleased with this apartment. A large bathroom and walk-in closet, plenty of room in the living/dining room, and a large well-appointed kitchen. The interactive computer screen in the hall was very helpful. Would definitely stay in this exact apartment again! The location was near everything, but also on a quiet street.

Perfect location

This building is truly a 10min walk to the French quarter with all of its festivities. Very nice restaurants right outside the door of the building. A nearby Walmart less than 3 miles away. Very clean and accommodating apartment with all the amenities as being at home just as advertised. I absolutely loved it. There’s a 24/7 access parking garage on the same block and that’s GREAT. I will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful Accommodations

The overall experience was great, communication with the rental agency was excellent. Located near great restaurants and centrally located. My only gripe was the excessive hair in the bathroom cabinet and on the clean bedding/towels. Perhaps a good wipe down to prevent for future guests.

Fun new way to stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience of this new - at least to us - kind of accommodations. Even without a traditional front desk everything went smoothly - concerns were addressed within minutes. Great location, within walking distance of many great restaurants, public transportation, museums etc. We definetly will return

Great stay

Fantastic space that was tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. Great location. Bedroom located in windowless room, so very quiet and we slept great. Check in/out process was very easy. Building access was via a code so it was nice not to worry about losing a key/fob.

Everything about this property was amazing! It was not only beautiful, but was in a great spot close to the quarter and in a fun area in the CBD! We will for sure stay here again.
