Steps away from Main Street and Marine Gateway shopping mall and movie theatre. 10 mins drive from YVR airport and 15 mins drive to Downtown or Burnaby.

First time in Canada

Property was as expected. I would of liked it to be better stocked with basics as far as cooking goes. The beds were very hard and definitely needed better pillows. The bathtub needed to have some type of slip proofing. Just a few suggestions that would make your guest enjoy their stay. Thank You Juanita from Yuma AZ

Okay but dissapointing

Small suite with nice decor but basic furnishings. Could do with a more comfortable couch and extra pillows/cushions for guests. The pillows provided in the bedrooms were flat and lumpy and not comfortable or supportive to sleep on - they need to be replaced asap. We were a group of 3 adults and although the listing states its sleeps 5 there is not enough room overall in the small space for that many guests. The bathroom is compact and the vanity is very small. Kitchen could do with a few more items/utensils such as tongs, box grater and extra plates as there were only 4 of each provided. Also very dissapointing that there were no oven trays.

The property is located a quiet safe residential area. There is a bus stop near the house, which takes you to the center of downtown. The House was so clean and looked pretty new. The owners of the property were very nice and kind. Whenever we asked questions they gave us quick responses. We will definitely book their property again when we go to Vancouver!

Great Place to Stat for a Week

Home was just as described and clean. We came the first week of August so the lack of A/C made it warm. There was one fan and luckily my sister brought a small one. Place was centrally located with short drives to grocery stores, restaurants and easy to get to Stanley Park, Richmond, Capilano Bridge and more. I would stay here again!

Excellent Accommodation in Vancouver

We really enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. The 2 bedroom suite was immaculate, and well-supplied with kitchen and bath essentials. The unit was centrally located near two major thoroughfares which helped ease travel throughout Vancouver. Check-in/check-out was seamless and street parking was abundant. We will definitely consider this property during future travel to Vancouver.

Nice Basement Suite

This was a nice little basement suite. Clean & quiet. Parking is on a narrow street but we never had major issues finding a spot close to the house. One bed is firm & the other is medium, pillows aren't the greatest, so I'd recommend bringing your own if you can. Had enough kitchen utensils to make due, but a few more items (large bowls, peeler, strainer, etc..) would be helpful. I'm sure this a newer suite so I'm sure with time little things like these will be added. We would stay there again & would recommend others to stay there as well :)

Comfortable 2 bed basement

Property in decent neighbourhood, 20 minutes from downtown but conveniently few minutes from Fraserview we were visiting. Good sized bedrooms and cosy kitchen, diner, sitting area for group of 4. Parking space always available, albeit a very minor bumper bump with neighbour across road that decided to park there one day, sorted amicably with help from owner with cameravideo feed. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

Location very convenient for our purposes. Bus/train easy to get around Vancouver-inexpensive and quick. Host responded immediately to a request. Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely suite, nice modern finishes and very comfortable. Perfect for a comfortable place to land when visiting Vancouver for a weekend. The host was helpful and responsive with questions, would recommend!

Clean and Easy Access

The property is located in a very quiet part of town and is in a fenced yard. Parking was pretty easy to find. It was very clean and met our needs during our stay in Vancouver. We would stay here again should we return to Vancouver.

Had a great 3 day stay and the basement suite was perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms + living space + a small kitchen for the same price as a normal hotel room was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for gaming us!

Great home base to explore Vancouver by car

Spotless well appointed kitchen and bathroom, not exactly cozy but very convenient, easy parking and very easy access to downtown, airport, and Tsawassen ferry.

Very Pleased

The unit was just as described and very clean. FYI-I didn’t realize there were no fans or AC in the unit and was a bit warm (the rest of my family was fine with the temperature). Also, this is a basement apartment and there stairs down to the unit.

Sparkling clean 2 bedroom basement appartement

We stayed at 5 people in this appartement in a very quiet residential area of Vancouver. We had rented a car but I believe there was buses available. The place was very clean and the owner was very responsive. I recommend that place.

A Great Stay

The apartment was impeccably clean and the hosts were wonderful. They were quick to respond when we needed something, but also left us alone to enjoy our privacy. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. We were in Vancouver for over a week so it was nice to be able to pack less and wash what we needed. We had a great stay!
