Great family break

We stayed for 4 nights celebrating my birthday and found the house to be as nice as it was advertised. It was perfect for all ages and with great weather we enjoyed the pool and spa. We thought san Remo was a great spot with excellent cafes, pubs, views and playgrounds. Would love to go back.

Excellent location and facilities

We came as a group and enjoyed the stay a lot. Although the weather was bad, we had enough facilities in the house to keep the kids and adults engaged

A piece for everyone

The property was left immaculate and ready for our weekend away, with everything being very easy and straightforward to operate. The home is beautiful, the spa and pool; even in winter is just stunning. Our big family of 15 different ages stayed and there really was a piece for everyone to enjoy!

Nice couple of days

House was nice and comfy. Furniture such as couches and beds were dated and not as comfy as could be but understandable. Ants were through the house and BBQ didn't work.

Well maintained house with great ocean view. All my friends and families along with pets enjoyed the stay. Driving distance to all amenities and attractions. Highly recommended for families and friends get together.

Perfect location and place to stay !

Very happy we booked this property for our stay. The place is amazing and fully deck out with everything you need. Shops and tourist activities are close by making it a perfect location. Booking the property was easy and responses to our questions before, during and after our stay was professional and prompt making it an excellent experience! Highly recommend this property.

Family bonding

Great location with lovely pool and spa. Views to Phillip Island and easy access to activities or just stay at the house and swim or play games. Loved our time together.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had 4 families stay at this property over the Queens birthday long weekend. Heaps of beds to accomodate everyone and lots of bathrooms so nearly all families had their own. Open fire was amazing while watching the footy and kids had a blast in the 36 degree heated spa!! Highly recommend and will book again.

Fantastic accommodation for a big group of all ages

16 of us stayed here for my 30th birthday. 12 adults and 4 kids. The property fitted our needs perfectly for a large group of all ages for a 5 day getaway. There was ample space for us all, so much to keep the kids entertained all while the adults could enjoy a drink in the spa and pool. The check in process and communication from the booking team was 10/10 and they were more than happy to assist us with any needs we had at any time. A few minor issues but everything was resolved quickly and perfectly. The cleanliness of the property maybe could have been a little better and my only advice would be to have a broom in the laundry as we wanted to sweep the kitchen floor before leaving but were unable to & the outdoor kids play area is in need of a bit of an upgrade or minor maintenance. The booking team amazingly assisted us with both early check in and late check out as we were coming from 5 hours away with small children and were more than happy to assist us with anything we needed. An amazing trip away and we will definitely be back and booking this holiday home again! Thank you ready set stay for assisting in making this trip away for my 30th birthday run so smoothly!

Can't wait to go back

San Remo Resort was amazing for our family of 14. The communication was great, the house had everything we needed and we felt right at home from the time we pulled up. The spa and pool we also amazing but the weather wasn't on our side this trip so we will definately be back to enjoy everything this property has to offer. Thanks for everything. 🙂

Good location and communication

Our group stayed at the accommodation for two nights. Property and check in details were given in a timely manner. The property is located minutes of the shops. The room configuration was perfect for our group. Unfortunately the gas tank that runs the hot water system was emptied and none of us were able to shower on the first night. Whilst the property manager responded to our concerns promptly and the technician came in the next morning to solve the problem, it definitely spoiled our holiday mood. Areas for improvement would be some of the details, such as provision of bin liners, cleanliness of the dishwasher and oven, maintenance of the backyard and garden, some of the light bulbs needed replacement.

Nice home but few issues with cleaning

All in all house is accommodating..spacious bedrooms with enough bathrooms they were clean and beds comfortable. The issues we had was the kitchen ...utensils crockery and pots and pans were not cleaned well and needed to be cleaned before we used them.The house also seemed a bit dusty.If these cleaning issues were addressed l would not hesitate to use this property again.

Good stay minus a few issues

The property is nice, in a gated community a little drive away from the beach. House is nice with plenty of space, a great pool and spa which were both used regularly during our stay. We were able to clarify with management some minor issues with the operation of the spa and hot water supply and get delivery of a gas bottle for the barbecue. This was done promptly and efficiently. The only other issues we had were on the second day, the coffee machine stopped working properly and required a cleaning cycle for which there were no cleaning tablets and the barbecue which had seen better days had one of the four burners not working and all cooking had to be completed on the grill. More attention by the cleaners on these items would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great property, pity about the small things that needed sorted

The property was ideal, great size for a family of 8 adults and 6 kids. Great location and layout. Ideal for what we were after.Dissapointingly the property was a 5 star but only 3 star for so many small issues. I did report them all. Many could be sorted quickly but weren't. Many were just needing attention. On a number of occasions, whilst there, I was texting and e-mailing the managers who acknowledged several issues but did nothing about them. Several had been reported before. I only saw this on the reviews after we had stayed so there was time for these things to have been sorted. A few hundred $ would have sorted it. I felt that we had paid a 5* price for a 3* experience, in a 5* place. Pity, as the property could be so good. I understand the property was/is for sale, so this could have had a bearing on not wanting to get things sorted, I don't know. A few H & S issues and some cleaning issues. All small but important for a 5 property. Having said that, we would go back, if they were sorted!

Not what was paid for and misleading information

This property looks amazing in the listing but was very disappointing for the money paid The views from the balcony are of a big White House, there are views if you stand to the left or the right of the balcony in the distance. Not the views shown on the listing. The home isn’t well maintained and not so clean. On arrival we had to wait for cleaners to finish after a 10hr drive. ( our check in was 3pm we arrived at 3.08) The pool was cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom ( pool came out for 3 days to try and fix it) The BBQ was dirty The freezer was left with food in it and dirty The utensil draws where dirty One of the showers the side bit was broken off and another one leaked The oven seal was broken (we fixed that) The fridge wouldn’t close properly (we fixed that) No remote for the bedroom tv Living room remotes backs and batteries missing Outdoor umbrella broken Coffee machine dirty Side gate lock wouldn’t lock properly No fire pit, pizza oven as in photos Cloths airer broken 1 gas bottle empty (be careful when using BBQ my husband burnt his face) Tiles falling off the pool The back sliding door’s filthy But the beds where comfortable

Beautiful house with amazing views
