Everything in the home is brand new in this vacation rental. This pool does NOT have heat, only the spa has heating capabilities at this home.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

Please note that the pool light switch is inoperable

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
